We all have been there when we beat ourselves up so harshly that we end up making a mess of our lives including others.
But we should come to realize that if we want to be healthy mentally too not just physically, we gotta find ways to calm ourselves with our anxiety, stress, panic, depression, bipolar and start working on recovering and retraining our brain to think positive!
