In the beginning of recovery, we can so easily feel anxious wanting ourselves to just be and feel better again. To be and feel normal again. The anxiety, and demanding feelings of wanting to not be in pain anymore and not have our own demon inside our brain kill the life out of us anymore.

But ask yourself how badly you want something. Imagine yourself if you remained strong and hopeful regardless of how hopeless you will feel as time passes in your recovery! Work hard but don't overwork yourself or be hard on yourself and let the achieving moment of your life be your motivation.

Let it motivate you enough to stay strong and continue becoming stronger mentally, emotionally and physically to successfully recover positively!
