We all tell others whether it's a patient, friends, family or any other kind of acquaintances that they will be okay.
Yet we feel anxious, scared, worried and sometimes lash out or let out a lot of emotion which makes a mess of things that we can't nor the possible logic of not being able to believe them.
But being them on their side of it, we must do the best we can to calm ourselves on our own control to believe that we will get better. It just takes time, a lot of time.
