Treating ourselves isn't just taking a break and watching hours of tv series and movies on Netflix but also good wise also!
Go out for a fancy dinner with some friends, family or a special someone.

Get an alcoholic beverage, yummy dinner item and a dessert that you've been cravings but haven't decided to take some enjoyable and peaceful time to enjoy and savour some delicious treat from  being so hard on yourself.

You work so hard and when you make one little mistake, you beat yourself up and tell yourself that you don't deserve to treat yourself at all because you failed at one small thing. Even though it's not the end of the world no matter how many times and how convincing our demon convinces us that it's the end of the world. Or our stress, anxiety, panic, fear, worry or depression.
