When we are mentally ill, we find it so hard and struggle to think positive or even just something small that's positive. Because our illness trains our brain to think negative and makes it almost impossible to train our brain to think positive.

But as scary as this may be, to true that we must save ourselves. For we are the only one who can save ourself. And so we gotta take that first step by asking or seeking help. To help us on your long yet never-ending journey in our recovery!
