I fell pregnant pretty quickly after we'd decided to try the first scan had gone fine and so had the one for 5 months we were having another girl she was growing perfectly glen was flying off to America on tour for 3 months then he'd be off for 4 months with me and the baby and ruby I'd dropped ruby off at glens parents for the day as I had things to do I'd noticed that the baby wasn't moving she hadn't moved for a few hours I rang the hospital and they said to come in and they check me over I'd rung rina asking her advise and she said she'd never had it in any of her pregnancies but she offered to come with me I was laid on the bed waiting to be scanned she still hasn't moved "right Olivia you've not felt her move for a few hours is that right" the nurse asked "yeh it's been nearly 4 hours" she started scanning my belly I could tell by her face it was bad news "I just need to grab the doctor" she said rina suddenly grabbed my hand as the tears started falling "please be ok" I whispered touching my belly the nurse came back in and started scanning again "I'm so sorry Olivia I can't detect a heartbeat" the doctor said they started spouting off options of what I could do but either way my baby was dead "I'm gonna ring mark" rina said leaving the room "hey yeh I know it's late you need to get glen a flight home it's Olivia and the baby she'd not felt her kick for a few hours they've scanned her and there's no heartbeat she going to have to give birth to her ok ring me when you know what's happening" rina hung up the phone and went back into Olivia "I've rung mark he's gonna sort out getting glen home" I nodded I was taken to a different ward "will you stay with me" I asked rina "course I will" she told me a doctor came to see me telling me they'd give me some drugs to start the labour off I begged them not to I needed glen I couldn't do this without him
