"Summer..?" Curious enough I followed the two so afterward I could just bring her too Hunter, but also if trouble started I could help out.

"You know I like feisty girls." I eavesdropped in to their conversation.

"What does that have to do with me?" Summer asked.

"Go out with me." He said, I gasped hearing the words but didn't make any noise so they would hear me.

"Go out with you? Why would I ever want to do that? Your an insensitive Pop that has said a few words too many, so there is absolutely no way I'd-" There was a sudden silence, a few muffled noises.

"Get off me you jerk!" Summer's voice broke the silence, and I backed away so I didn't look like I was listening in.

"Summer! I was looking for you!" I walked up to her, her face flushed bright pink.

"Really? What'd you need?" She looked at me with disgust.

"Hunter needs your help with some stuff. I've been looking for you." I looked up to where Hunter was.

"Hard to believe." She began to walk towards the photo booth.

"How so?" I was confused.

"A Pop running an errand for a Reject doesn't come around ever, you should know this." She explained then I laughed.

"I do know this. I'm not a Pop, I'm Luze." I said and she looked back at me before jumping with shock.

"Luze?! Oh my god!" She touched all over examining my new look. "I didn't recognize you at all!"

"I had a feeling." I said and she started to laugh herself.

"How could I not notice my own best friend, you look amazing." We made it up to the photo booth.

"Thanks." I smiled and a favorite song of mine began blasting, I haven't heard it play since I was in elementary school.

"Oh my god, Luze this is our song!" Summer jumped up and Hunter pulled her down.

"I'm sure we all realize that." He set her up in the photo booth.

"I would help, but I have to dance. It's a must." I was bobbing my head to it already.

"Go wild. You're dressed real pretty so it'd be a waste to not enjoy yourself with this look." Hunter walked over to fix the lines of couples wanting to get their pictures taken.

"Thanks a ton!" I made my way down to the dance floor and began the dance that basically everyone else did synchronized. It was too much fun, even when the song switched to a different song that everyone knew the dance to.

"Ah oops. I'm sorry. I bumped into the person behind me, luckily it did catch my fall but let's hope they weren't mad.

"No my faul- Luze?" It was Justin who I bumped into.

"J-J-Justin?  W-Where's Ginger?" I was scared she'd interrupt us angrily.

"Doing whatever girls do in bathrooms." He chuckled, his smile was bright and handsome.

"Makes sense. They'll probably be announcing Prom King and Queen soon." I thought about it as the song shifted into a slow song.

"After this song we'll be glad to announce our King and Queen." Hunter said on stage and everyone cheered. Then slowly everyone formed back into couples to dance.

"May we?" He already taken my hands, I smiled and nodded.

"You're a pretty good dancer." I said nervous, we were dancing publicly and I didn't hate it at all.

"Is that so? You're probably the good dancer yourself." He smiled at me, I was definitely blushing at those words.

"You think so?" I looked up into his eyes, as he leaned in a voice interrupted the entire crowd.

"Who's ready to hear their King and Queen!" Hunter cut in and everyone immediately faced the stage. He called up all of the nominees chosen to be King and Queen.

"And a congratulations to our King..." Hunter opened an envelope. "Justin Craft." He announced, he walked over stiffly but with a smile to Summer, who crowned him.

"And a congratulations to our Queen..." Summer opened the other envelope. "Ginger Scottson." She announced and Ginger proudly walked over to her brother to get crowned.

"Do we have any words from our King and Queen?" Summer asked in the microphone.

"You go first, I have a lot to say." Ginger briefly held onto his arm, I had a feeling this was my cue to leave.

"Um," His voice echoed a bit. "To be honest I don't really need a crown to be a King because all I need is the girl I love for that." A bunch of "aww's" came from the crowd, I took a step back.

"I'm not ashamed at all, I don't care at all either. That's because the one I love is a reject." He looked at the crowd as the spotlight hit me. Gasps of shock and admiration filled the floor and Justin approached me.

"J-Justin." It was a little embarrassing to be put in the spot like that. He just chuckled and held me close.

"I love you Luze," He kissed me in front of the entire audience, I slowly wrapped my arms around him. "Thanks for a good night!" He pulled his lips away from mine, took my hand, and we made a quick escape from the prom.

"Justin you're crazy!" I said with a smile as we ran through the school to find the exit.

"You must be just as crazy as me to be with me." He laughed unlocking his car, putting me in and leaned over me.

"I just might." He took the crown and placed it on my hair full of curls.

"My place or yours?" He started the car.

"Oh my god, you did not just ask that." I embarrassedly chuckled.

"I think I did," He looked over to me, but I was sure I was too red and I covered my face. "B-but not for those reasons!" He practically jumped up from his seat.

"O-oh, th-then we can go to your place. I have relatives over." I fidgeted as the car began to drive away.

"Looks like we'll be alone though." He said.

"T-that's fine, but aren't you worried?" I asked.

"About what?" He looked over to me, I took off my 'Reject' necklace.

"You ruined your perfect reputation by running out with me just now." He stopped at the red light then smiled at me.

"Not at all, it was worth it to be all yours." He winked with the necklace in his hand.

His words left me completely speechless, he leaned in and gave me deeper kiss before the light turned green. It might actually be a problem if we go to his place by ourselves, it wasn't the best idea now. Still, as of this moment we are completely each others without having to worry about the differences.
