You know, pudge never hurts.
A jiggle is good,
it protects what the outskirts
of muscle can't.
A little jiggle,
protects the important parts,
of your body,
you don't want getting hurt.
Being thin,
isn't an accomplishment,
and starving yourself to get that way,
is just a wrench
in life's plans.
Food is important,
so you can do happy things.
So you can enjoy people,
and life.
Food helps with that.
Would you eat a little?
Even just a bite?
It doesn't have to be a lot,
but will you please eat tonight?
Everyone has a little jiggle on their stomachs or their thighs or in other places.
But's it's good, it keeps us alive.
But darling, you're wasting away
You're throwing aside your life.
Will you eat a little?
Please?
You're already paper thin,
a meal won't hurt.
You won't gain any weight,
and you won't outgrow your shirt.
Ignore the voices,
and please, listen to me.
You're so so beautiful,
and you deserve everything
imagination can see.
But most of all,
you deserve to be happy,
with yourself.
Your natural self.
Everyone has a little pudge,
it's just a fact of life.
And please don't try to get rid of pudge,
that protects your light.
A dish?
A bite?
Maybe not a lot,
but please try and eat something tonight.
I promise, it will all be alright.
