There are words that we can't say.
Secrets we keep,
locked up for the day.
People, events,
everything now and in past tense.
We keep to ourselves.
We don't normally share,
for fear of ridicule or zero care.
And lock up memories and emotions.
And though everyone does it,
not many understand the commotion
from keeping everything locked up
for too long.
