Chapter 11

The whole time I was walkin down to Langston I had butterflies in my stomach and my nerves got a little bad. My dad kept tellin me to calm down and to breath but it lowkey wasn't working. The only reason I was so nervous was because everybody was lookin at me. But once Langston grabbed my hand not all! But most of my nerves went away.

Langston: "You look beautiful baby" He said with the sexiest grin on his face

Me: "Thank you. You lookin mighty fine yourself" I flirted with a smile on my face

(Langston's suit In case y'all forgot)

Preacher: "Time to get this show on the road"

We both looked at the preacher waiting for him to start. He grabbed his bible, fixed the glasses on his head and started.

Preacher: "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today in the presence of these witnesses, to join Langston Higgins and Tania Renee Thompson in matrimony commended to be honorable among all; and therefore is not to be entered into light but reverently, passionately, lovingly and solemnly. These two people come to be joined. If any person can show as to why they may not be joined let them speak now or forever hold your peace"

Me and Langston looked at each other then at everybody else and no one said anything.

Preacher: "Forever! Hold your peace" He said putting emphasis on forever

We all laughed and he continued.  GOOD! Cuz if anybody stood up we was gon have to fight.

Preacher: "Alright. Now the couple has prepared their own vows. Tania would you like to go first?"

I took a deep breath and nodded my head and turned to Tydajah with my hand out. She passed my phone and I went to my notepad. Once it came up I cleared my throat and started reading.

Me: "Langston we've been through so much over the years. From our big arguments to our makeups, to the infidelities to the loss of our child, me being raped and ending up pregnant so on and so forth. Through all of that you've been there for me. You never left my side and that is why I love you." 

I took a second to catch my breath because thinking about all of that made me a little teary eyed.

Me: "Being with you the last four years has been the best four years of my life. There was a point in time I wanted to give up on relationships but you came and changed everything. You treat me like the queen that I am and you gave me two of the most sassiest and adorable baby girls and i'm even happy to call Amiyah my own." I looked up at him then back at my phone as I wiped my cheeks "Waking up to you has always been the best part of my day and i'm excited to be able to wake up to your sexy face for the rest of my life. I'm going to be there for you, cherish you and cater to your every need"

I locked my phone and handed it back to Ty then looked at Langston with a smile on my face

I turned and gave Ty my phone and looked at the preacher 

Preacher: "Langston"

He took his phone out his pocket

Langston: "I never told you this but that day I threw that pencil I purposely hit you. I wanted you to look at me so I could get a good look at your face." He said lookin up at me before he started reading his vows

I threw my head back laughing hard along with everybody else. I honestly didn't know he did that.

Langston: "Anyways after that we became real good friends. It wasn't until me you and the crew hungout at the park and they left us to go to the ice cream truck. And we had our own little moment alone. At that moment I could feel the chemistry between us the look in your eyes told me everything I needed to know. And sadly even though I was in a relationship at that time I still kissed her. And you know what i'm glad I took that chance because lord knows where we would be if I didn't"

The whole time I was just cheesing super hard and can't lie my cheeks were starting to hurt but I couldn't stop smiling. Even when tears started to well up in my eyes yet again.

Langston: "You know what I don't need this" He said slipping his phone back in his pocket

He grabbed my hands and looked me in my eyes

Langston: "Ever since that day baby I been takin chances and fightin for you. And ima tell you right now it ain't gon stop. You been through too much for me to give up on you. I appreciate everything that you do. You didn't have to stick around when you found out I got another woman pregnant but you did. You stuck by me when MiyMiy was takin from me. And now you are showing her what a real mother is like. Not to mention you have given me two of the most beautiful little girls I could ask for. I want you to know that i'll never do anything that will make you doubt me. Also that as long as i'm breathin on this earth ima protect you and my family"

I smiled and nodded my head

Preacher: "Okay Langston can you grav the ring"

He turned to Julian and he gave it to him. He slipped the rose gold diamond encrusted ring half way on my finger and looked at the preacher.

Preacher: "Repeat after me I Langston take you Tania to be my wife to have and to hold from this day forward, for better of for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, from this day forward until death do us part."

Langston repeated it and put the ring all the way on my finger.

Preacher: "Okay Tania get the ring"

Ty passed me the ring I picked out for Langston and I must say it's nice.
