Me: "Ty baby talk to me" I said followin her out the kitchen
I been tryin to get Ty to talk to me since yesterday and she hasn't said anything. Like deadass she givin me the silent treatment. I know I was wrong for tellin her I was thinkin about leavin her. Honestly I was just bein selfish at the time.
She sat on the couch and started watching tv. I sat next to her, grabbed the remote and turned it off.
Me: "You still gon ignore me?"
She smacked her lips and grabbed her phone.
Me: "Alright fine i'll talk you listen. Bab-"
Tydajah: "Tydajah" She said with irritation in her voice
Me: "Look I know what I said to you the other day was wrong. I wasn't thinkin about what you want and i'm sorry for that. Love is all about makin sacrifices and i'm willin to sacrifice any and everything for you. Hearin you say I don't love you cuz I was thinkin about leavin it really put everything into perspective for me. Baby will you look at me?" I asked slowly takin the phone out her hands
She let the phone go and looked at me.
Me: "It put everything in perspective for me. I understand why you reacted the way you did baby, that shouldn't have been a thought in the first place and honestly i'm pissed at myself for even thinkin that. But Tydajah understand that I would never leave you no matter what the situation is, I do love you. Shit i'm in love wit you"
We both laughed a little
Me: "And livin' wit' out you isn't somethin' I ever wanna consider again. Baby I learned my lesson"
Tydajah: "I'm not lettin you off that damn easy. You tell me you love me and you're tellin me everything I wanna hear but how do I know whenever we get in another argument yo' ass not gon' be thinkin' about leavin' again?" She asked raisin an eyebrow
Me: "It's not I mean obviously I can sit here and say that but only my actions can prove that"
Tydajah: "You right, you. Are. Right.. Gimme three reasons why you love me, you gotta take me out to eat, annnd!!! You gotta buy me more makeup. Do that and i'll drop the whole thing." She said cheesin
Me: "You just want three? I have more then three reasons"
Tydajah: "I know I just want three. Three important reasons"
Me: "I love your strength as a black woman, a woman in general. You've been through a lot and the fact that you still walk around with your head held high amazes me every time. Second, I love how driven you are. When you have a vision you do it and succeed. I love the fact that you're always motivatin' me to continue what i'm doin especially when I feel like givin up. And most importantly I love you for givin me the best thing I could ask for and that this little guy" I said pointin a Dj who is sittin on the couch watchin ninja turtles AGAIN.
Tydajah: "Okay let's go eat" She said hoppin up off the couch
Me: "Uh-uh come'ere" I said grabbin her wrist
I sat her on my lap and looked her in her eyes
Me: "You don't have nothin to say?"
Tydajah: "Don't ever give me a reason to question your love for me. I really love you DaShawn and no lie what you said to me really hurt."
Me: "I'm not I promise. Can I have a kiss"
Tydajah: "Uhhhh" She said with a smile on her face
Me: "Damn alright then get up" I said tryin to push her off me
Tydajah: "I'm kidding, i'm kidding" She said laughing
She wrapped her arms around my neck and gave me a kiss
Me: "Where you wanna eat?"
Tydajah: "I been craving Chinese food"
Me: "Okay"
Tydajah: "You wanna go eat some food Dj" She asked him gettin off my lap
As she was gettin up I smacked her ass, she looked back at me then picked Dj up
Tydajah: "Let's go get you ready"
Glad me and Ty are on good terms now, her givin me the silent treatment was torture. Like I told her i'm willin to sacrifice any and every fuckin thing for her. If that means givin up my idea of havin a big family then so be it as long as I have Tydajah and Junior i'm good. I've had and issue of worrying about myself of the years but it's time for me to change that mindset. I have a family to think about and women I wanna marry.
I gotta start puttin in work so I can do the things I wanna do.
