So yesterday Ty was suppose to come through to talk about the whole court case situation and just to catch up, but she was tied up at home so she's gonna come over today instead.

I recently got in contact with my lawyer and she said Druu is doing fine which apparently is good... But she finally set up a meeting for tomorrow. 

I know I didn't do shit, but i'm not about to throw my sis under the bus, I don't give a fuck how bad shit gets.

Langston: "So what's up baby what you doin' today?" He asked walking in the kitchen sitting on top of the counter

Me: "Nothin' chill with Ty and how many times I gotta tell you and everybody else in this house not to sit on my counter tops? Y'all so damn hard headed." I spoke as irritation filled my tone

I walked to the fridge to find something to snack on.

Langston: "You don't say shit when I put you on top of the counter." He snickered

I side eyed him with a smirk on my face.

Me: "Shut the fuck up" I laughed

I turned back around shaking my head, I continued to raid the fridge until I felt Langston pick me up. He closed the fridge and sat me on top of the counter.

Langston: "You know it's true."

Me: "I'm tired of you." I giggled putting my hands on either side of his face

Langston: "You know it has been a while." He spoke softly while licking his lips

Me: "Langston calm down we just had sex last week."

Langston: "And that's a long ass time, baby i'm sayin' i'm trynna do some thangs to you." He mumbled in my ear.

He pulled me closer to him and planted soft kisses on my neck. But before anything could really happen the doorbell went off.

Me: "That's Ty." I said with my lips still against his

Langston: "You better go get that."

Me: "Can you get it? I have to go freshen up really quick."

Langston: "No I gotta go readjust myself, i'm not about to answer the door like this." He said motioning the rising in his pants

Me: *giggles* "You right go head."

He walked upstairs and I walked to the door.

Tydajah: "The fuck took you so long to get the door?"

Me: "Langston"

Tydajah: "Oh. I don't even wanna know"

Me: "I gotta go to the bathroom right quick. You know where everything is help yourself."

I said walking to the guest bathroom that's downstairs. I did what I had to do, washed my hands and went to the kitchen.

Me: "So what's goin' on?" I ask sitting at one of the stools

Tydajah: "Same old, same old; work doing my motherly duties all while keeping my husband happy."

Me: "You say that like shit been goin' down hill."

Tydajah: "Not really I guess Day has been feeling quote unquote abandoned."

Me: "What? How?"

Tydajah: "Because I haven't been talking to him a lot lately and we haven't been having sex that often."

Me: "Y'all too?"

Tydajah: "Yeah and that's why I couldn't make it yesterday."

Me: "Oh yeah well you gotta do what you gotta do girl, I ain't mad."

Tydajah: "What's up with you?"

Me: "Pretty much the same thing, bitch it's hard trying to balance work, being there for four different kids, keep your husband happy, have some time to yourself ALL while trying to stay sane."

Tydajah: "Who you tellin'?"

Me: "But guess who I talked to?"

Tydajah: "Nick?"

Me: "Fuck no" I said shaking my head viciously 

Tydajah: "Alright good. Who?"

Me: "My lawyer."

Tydajah: "Oh I was off. How did that go?"

Me: "Well we're finally gonna meet up tomorrow so we'll just have to see how that goes."

Tydajah: "I'm just trynna figure out why they're talking about givin' you time when you didn't do shit. On top of that it was YOUR daughter whose safety was technically put in harms way."

Me: "That's what I said, but the court system is all types of fucked up so I don't know what the fuck is gonna happen."

Tydajah: "Damn that's fucked up." She said shaking her head

Me: "Have you talked to your lawyer yet?"

Tydajah: "Yeah he said he'll work on getting the charges dropped or shorten the time being that she's alive and well. And he's suppose to be getting in contact with your lawyer so we can all meet up and go to court together."

Me: "Oh yeah that sounds good to me shit. I just hope she gets out the hospital in time so we can sue her ass or something because i'll be damned if that bitch gets away with the shit she pulled that night."

Tydajah: "On God."

We sat and talked a little while longer before she went home.

I don't know what this here court case is finna look like, but I just hope the judge understands why me and Ty did what we did or why Ty did what she did. I just wish they would speed up the fucking process.
