So as I was getting ready to go to the stand we had to take a break. So we all went to our room to talk about everything, had a few snacks and after about fifteen / thirty minutes we went back into the court room.

Judge: "Okay so Mrs. Omarr you are up against a misdemeanor class A charge which is a major charge you are aware of this right?"

Me: "Yes ma'am I am."

Judge: "Okay what is that she's asking?"

Charlene: "She would like for the charges to be dropped."

Judge: "Okay we'll see how the rest of this story goes. Go head and continue from your part."

Me: "Okay well after Druu said that she wanted to pimp my niece it really pissed me off and triggered a lot of emotions. I saw Tania toss her glass of wine and she got up and ran to the other side of the table and they started fighting. I told all the kids to go upstairs and I saw Druu punch Tania in the face which pissed me off even more so I jumped in. As i'm hitting Druu I see Tania grab the wine bottle but Langston grabbed her and she dropped the bottle."

Judge: "And that's when you grabbed the bottle and hit her with it?"

Me: "Yes ma'am and my husband grabbed me and pulled me outside and Tania was pulled to the backyard and the rest of our friends stayed inside to make sure she was okay."

Judge: "Okay. Wow! Um miss Michaels do you have anything to say?"

Druu: "Everything they just said was a lie, I would NEVER try to sale my own child for profit. I genuinely wanted to have her in my life." She said with fake ass tears running down her face

Charlene: "Your honor she clearly is lying because she didn't say anything to defend herself earlier. And it is clear that this women needs some sort of help and deserves to get some sort of time for making such allegations."

Mary: "Your honor my client would never imply such things. She had been going to counseling to get over her trauma of having her child taken away from her."

I rolled my eyes because all these hoes do is lie and i'm trying to keep quiet. Out the corner of my eye I see Tania raise her hand.

Judge: "Yes Mrs. Higgins come to the stand."

Tania: "I just wanted to say that as a mother I would never put my child through the things she put hers through. And I don't understand how she could claim to not have been ready to have kids, yet poke a whole in a condom to GET pregnant, and then turn around and put her child in a very dangerous situation and... It's just a lot all i'm saying is it doesn't add up."

She turned and sat back down. The judge took a deep breath and shook her head.

Judge: "Okay well judging by how quiet miss Michaels has been i'm going to say everything you guys said was true and I am going to order all the charges to be dropped but Mrs. Omarr you will need to pay a five thousand dollar fine and for you Mrs. Higgins you will need to pay a five hundred dollar fine. As for you miss Michaels i'm charging you with child endangerment and you will serve a six month sentence later on we will determine whether or not you will be granted bail. Get this women out my face and you guys have a nice day."

She banged her gavel and we got to leave. I'm a little shook about this here five thousand dollar fine but whatever.

I looked at Tania and we gave each other a hug and thanked Charlene for representing us. We walked over to Langston and DayDay and gave them a hug.

DaShawn: "Congrats baby."

Me: "Thank you." I said with a smile on my face

DaShawn: "I don't what I was gone do if you had do some time."

Me: *laughs* "I know you wouldn't."

Langston: "Life would be hell if Tania had to do some time bro."

Tania: "Shit for both me and you."

Me: "Here ya'll go with the freaky shit, ya'll don't got nothin' better to talk about?"

Tania: "Sex is the center of our relationship-"

Me: "Shut the fuck up." I said while laughing

I started walking away and all I could hear was Tania laughing, I can't stand her sometimes. We all stood outside talking for a while and then me and Day went to in-n-out to get some food.

DaShawn: "What did you want?"

Me: "Animal fries, double-double and a Neapolitan shake."

He turned and gave the lady my order, she said we could go up to the next window.

DaShawn: "So what you wanna do for our anniversary this year?"

Me: "I don't even know babe. Whatever you wanna do is fine with me."

DaShawn: "I gotchu i'ma surprise you."

Me: "You know it still shocks me that we're married."

DaShawn: "Why?" He asks a little confused

Me: "Because I had a really big crush on you in high school and never really thought you would feel the same and now we're married."

DaShawn: "I thought the same thing the day of our wedding."

He pulled up and we paid for our food. 

DaShawn: "So you know what's gone happen when we get in the house right?"

Me: "Oh lord what?"

DaShawn: "I'ma beat that ass"

Me: "You ain't gone do shit" I said laughing

DaShawn: "Yeah alright. You say that now but watch when we get in here."

Me: *laughs* "Whatever DaShawn!"

We finally got to the next window and got our food. When we got home the kids were all gone and YES! Some other events happened that day and yeah. 

Point is i'm happy i'm home and didn't have to sit in a cell although that five thousand dollar fine got me fucked up but it's whatever I can pay it.
