chapter 29: the big news

* Emily's POV*

After that little argument in Harry's house, I haven't really talked to him! I've passed by him, we said our eyes, and sometimes I tried to hide or walk past him with out him noticing. He probably has seen me before hiding but he was kind not to come ask me what I was doing. I really don't know why I'm trying to avoid him really, I just... I don't know.... I felt like I put us in an awkward position in our friendship for those things I said when Christian was there! I don't really think he paid much attention considering his face was fuming red and his fists were clenched together ready to break somebody's nose. I admire him for wanting to protect me from Christian.

I am walking in school, in the hallways with my textbooks in my hand ready for my next class when I see Emma, Emery, Zoey, Niall, Annabelle, Ricky, and......... fuck Harry, why does he have to be with them?? I look both ways to see if there is anywhere to hide but its a dead end! They see me and start walking my direction and I awkwardly smile at them. Emma and Emery are holding hands smiling together, Annabelle and Zoey are talking about the new killer movie, Ricky and Niall are just talking about soccer and Harry is starring directly at me.... great! I cross my legs awkwardly and look down to the white/grey floors. One other question is that I have for myself is since when does Em and Emery hold hands? Like I knew Emma had this thing that she couldn't be with him, I've missed a lot!!!!

" Hi Emily!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG we haven't talked in like forever! Has Harry been keeping you busy??? We need some girl time, all of us do! We have all been so separated these passed couple of days." She reaches in and gives me a tight hug on her tippy toes and smiles at me when she still has me in her arms. Even with her heels on, she still needs to go on her tippy toes for me since I am way taller then her but its something that she has done since we knew each other when we were little girls!!! Something I will always like about her and that she is crazy like me.

" Awww but if you go with the girls I wont be with you!" Emery takes Emma's hand and pulls her to his chest and places a kiss on her forehead, ok I am completely lost now. She smiles and puts her arms wrapped around his neck.

" Umm I'm sorry, but what's happening?" My hands gesture to them pointing into the air " I don't know what happened with you guys."

" Emery and I are going out! He went all out with this maze for me to go find him and the maze ended with him in a suit, in the green house waiting for me on his knees with a ring. Not a marriage ring, just a ring to promise that no matter what we will always be together!!!!!" Aww wow so cute... I wonder what Harry would do for me? Ugh Shut up Emily there's nothing between me and Harry for him to get on his knees and give me a ring, I'm just going crazy!!!!!!!!
