Chapter 28

"When did you see the house for sale?" I ask looking at Luke. "When I came here to get your things. I saw the house for sale and it looked okay, I guess. So when we decided of staying here most of the year, I told Paul about it and we bought it." I smile at the thought of being next door neighbors with them.

"But you know you totally killed our hangout." Luke has his hand on my thigh sending a line of fire through my body. "What do you mean?" I open my mouth to answer when Jane beats me to it. "That's where we sneak out and do our crazy dares." I just wave my hand towards Jane proving a point.

Luke laughs and Ash just shrugs. "You know you can still come over."
Jane rolls her eyes the rest of us copying her action. "What?" I look at Ash . "That's the point before we had to sneak in because we were breaking rules. Now you let us go and it's not the same."

We stay like that for a while , everyone is gone by 9 leaving me with the boys.

"So how were the past 2 weeks?" I'm still sitting in Luke's lap and I bet I'll fall asleep like that. "They were okay , I guess. I missed you ALL " emphasizing on the all part.

"Hey guys by the way this Sunday we're having the family lunch and we all want you there. And my parents want to meet you actually my dad wants to meet you." I laugh. Luke weakly smiled at me. I think he's just worried about the whole meeting dad part.

"Your parents aren't home?" I nod no. " They spend all day at work and sometimes they even go on Sundays. That's one of the main reasons my brother joined summer camp." They boys just give me a  smile of sympathy and Luke squeeze my thigh a bit I smile and peck his lips.
Missing the feeling of his lips on mine.

"We have to go Alex." Ash says. I pout." Guys please don't leave me alone."
"What?" Luke asks surprised ."Yeah don't leave me alone my parents won't be back till tomorrow. I don't want to stay home alone."
" They don't come back till morning?" Cal asks while looking up from his phone. " No , sometimes if they run late they stay there so they don't drive late at night." They all nod. "Then you come over. " Mike says it with a grin play on his lips. I jump upstairs and grap a change of clothes and write a note to my parents.

When I come back downstairs the boys are gone and Luke is waiting for me with the door open."Want me to carry you?" I nod . He slips a hand on my back and one behind the knee. He carries me bridal style to their new home.

"The beautiful lazy princess " he winks at me and kisses my forehead , "has arrived!!" The boys just clap at Luke's silliness.
He kisses me placing his hands on my waist pulling me closer to him.

           

Luke's P.O.V

I smile into the kiss with Alex. I miss her. All of her. The way she smiles and laughs and the way her eyes flutter when she's curious, I miss her. "Hey go upstairs and change . After that we'll give you a tour. My bedroom is the last door on the right. The one in front of yours." She smiles and pushes my shoulder in a playful way. She on the stairs when I remember how she loves my clothes." Sunshine , if you want wear my clothes." She nods at me and continues her way up.

I sit on the couch with the rest of the boys." I have an idea." Calum fixes his pillow sitting straight. "Okay , so I was thinking on asking Alex to be my girlfriend with her family next Sunday. And I need your help."
"Sure." "Yeah" "anything for you mate".

Before I can continue the plan Alex walks down wearing one of my oversized shirts. She looks adorable. Alex is petite and my shirts are like 5 sizes too big so they mae her look even smaller. "Hey let's start the tour."

"This is our humble living room." I say while pointing at it. We move to the kitchen , bathroom and back yard. " Ash when did you fill the pool?" I ask . "Before we left." We finished outside and we go back in. I take her upstairs showing her the boy's bedrooms and the guestrooms. Leaving mine till the end.

"And this is my bedroom even though you were here a few minutes ago." It's nothing much. Just my bed , a night stand, a vanity and a closet.

I hold Alex by the waist pulling her towards me. "You know I love it when you wear my clothes?"
"You do?" I nod kissing her. She moves her hands to my hair , tangling her fingers in my hair. I move my lips to her jawline , leaving a mark behind her ear. I then move down to her neck. A moan escapes her lips , turning me on.

I carry her to the bed dropping her and falling above her. Our faces are a few inches apart and I can see the freckles on her nose. I kiss her on her nose and under her eyes. Following the path of the freckles.

"Luke are you worried about meeting my dad tomorrow?" I don't move. My lips are still pressed to her nose. She giggles and pushes me back, a little just enough to have a clear view of her face. " Lie or truth?"
"The truth." I nod." I'm petrified of meeting your dad. And the boys are too. Plus they aren't the ones dating you." She pecks my nose smiling at me." Don't worry he won't bite. Most probably." She burst out laughing and I drop next to her.
"Don't worry as long as you don't drop dirty comments he'll be fine. I'm extremely exhausted so good night." I kiss her and wrap my arms around her , pulling her to me. I kiss her head and she instantly falls asleep.

I lay awake most of the night thinking about tomorrow. I can't mess this up. And I also have to ask her dad about next Sunday .

I can't mess this up!

Is all I think to myself till I fall asleep around 3am.
