Chapter 29

Alex's P.O.V

I wake up in Luke's bedroom. The cold air making me shiver. I move closer to him trying to warm myself.

I can't wait till my dad meets them. I just want him to see why I love them so much.

I stand up making sure not to wake Luke up and I head downstairs. The boys are all asleep so I take advantage and start with breakfast. I snoop around till a find the things. They practically have everything. When did they buy all of this?

    

I'm putting the plates on the table when the kitchen door opens revealing a sleepy Luke.
He walks over me and kisses my forehead. "Morning sunshine."
"Morning."
We sit and Ash , Cal and Mike follow us shortly after that.

"Guys okay , so I want you to be yourselves around my dad but just cut back on the dirty jokes. He's used to it but leave it for the second impression." I laugh with the boys. I sound so weird. " And no need to mention my relationship with Luke. He knows we're going out and stuff but he doesn't know the rest." They all nod in agreement.

After breakfast we each head to change our clothes. I'm stuck between staying in Luke's shirt or not. "Hey sunshine why don't you stay in my shirt?" I smile it's like he read my mind. I wear shorts under them with my black vans.

"Come on guys you take more than a girl!"  I yell from downstairs. They take forever.
"No we don't!!" Cal says while running down with the rest behind him. I open the door ready to be the first one out. I look back at them and give them the most serious look I can. "Remember cut the dirty jokes and the whole me and Luke thing." They salute me and we go next door to my house.

I knock on the door and my mom answers. We say our hellos and stand in the living room. My dad walks in and I introduce him to the boys.
"Alex , sweetie I've memorized their names. You've said them so many times I know them by hard ." I feel heat taking over my cheeks. "Aww Alex brags about us to her daddy." Mike mocks me from the side. Luke blushes at the name daddy.

I feel myself blush even more that he remembered.

*Flashback*

"Alex and Luke . Well you two seem like a thing. Am I right Ash?" Harry asks looking towards us.
"Yeah and I think I even heard her call him daddy a few days ago." Harry and the rest of the boys laugh. I feel myself blush and thankfully Luke defends me." Shut up Ash! We kissed two nights ago. And I respect Alex enough not to fuck her on our first date. Unlike some people." That got a lot of "burns" and "ouch" from the guys.

We haven't heard that word since .

*End of Flashback*

"Guys please sit. I really mean it when I say this is your house." We all sit down around our loving room. My dad seems to be getting along with the boys. Mostly Ash and I know that's bothering Luke.

My dad calls me into the kitchen leaving my mom with the boys. And I'm nervous because she might show them some embarrassing pictures.

"Alex , I like these boys. So are you with Luke or Ashton?" My dad likes Ashton too much. " Luke. I like Luke." He smiles and puts his hand on my shoulder." I like that kid." I'm taken a back it seemed that he liked Ash more." He's the most calm between them and shy. Wich proves he has a nice personality. And he seems to really like you too. His eyes were on you the entire time." What ? Luke was looking at me. I swear he gives me the heart eyes emoji.

"Let's go back in " I nod and follow my dad into the living room. I find the boys laughing hysterically at something my has in her hands.
"OMG!!! Alex is going to die!" I stand above Mike to see what they are laughing about and I see my mom showing them my second grade play. I fall off the stage and  I trip over my fellow dancers. Worst day spring dance.

"MOM! Don't you have work or something? "She laughs at my sudden annoyance. "Yeah we have to go. Let's go." She calls over my dad.

Before they leave , Luke regains himself and asks my dad for a second. They walk into the kitchen and they talk. Cashton is still laughing uncontrollably and Mike is barely regaining himself.

15 minutes later Luke and my dad walk out if the kitchen. Smiles splattered on their faces. Luke joins the boys his eyes on me. I give him a small smile turning my attention to my dad.

"What happened?" He looks at my mom and smiles. He turns back to look at me , his hand is on my shoulder ." Alex , Luke is a great boy. He's a keeper." He opens the door and leaves.
I stand there at the door like the idiot I am.

What the fuck happend in that kitchen?

        

It takes 20minutes for the boys to stop laughing like lunatics. Luke and I are starting at them waiting for them to calm down. They would stop take a breath and laugh at it again.

"Okay, guys it wasn't even that funny" and with that I lost Cashton again.

I get a message form Shawn reminding me we have to meet at Starbucks at 4. I really don't want to spend an hour of my afternoon with fake people.

         

~4 in the afternoon~

We're currently sitting in Starbucks waiting for Jacky and her minions to arrive. "Guys I have a feeling they're not coming. Want to ditch?" Before anyone answers she walks in with her 4 little minions behind her. Joe , Gus , Ray and  Mari.

Joe and Ray are holding hands so are Mari and Gus. "How can that be ? The queen bee single while her minions are in love." Juliet fake gaps over my shoulder. I silently giggle.  We took most of the table. We left the 5 seats on the other end. The boys and I are on the other side.

It was all part of Shawn and Mike's plan. We sit in one side and put as much distance between 5sos from Jacky. So we can easily ignore their conversations.

She sits in her place we act like we couldn't see her and continue our conversation. After like 10 minutes she gets annoyed and walks over . "OMG! Hi Jacky! When did you get here?" She smiles over her tensing jaw. I'm trying not to burst out laughing." I just got here. Aren't you going to introduce me to your friends?" I smile politely at her and look over to the boys.

"This is Calum , Mike , Ashton and Luke." She eyes Luke for a while. He feels my slight discomfort and he kisses my lips. I shove him playfully.

She starts eyeing the rest. Cal acts like he got a call from Dan. Ashton looks over at Jane and sends her a kiss and Juliet takes hold of Mike's hand from across the table.

"I see you set them all up Alex. I'm disappointed I wasn't considered." Should I tell her to fuck off? "Actually you were considered , but we weren't interested." I try to conceal my laugh. Luke can read my mind. It's official. I should wear a helmet to prevent him from doing so.

Jacky lasts about 10 minutes after our talk and leaves. When she left we all cheered. "Thank you girls for playing along."
"Anytime " "Sure" "

                   

Shawn's P.O.V

"So I guess it's only the 8 of us." I say . We decided on walking town 5sos , Alex , Adam , Mike and I .

We're walking around town showing the boys the main places. Alex and Luke are too cuddly it discusses me . I love her. I love seeing her happy but it still boils my insides.

"What the fuck!? This is not keeping up with the Kardashians . Why do they take pictures every 2 steps? It's disgusting." I whisper loud enough for Adam and Mike to hear. "Shawn they are only taking pictures and shut up Mr.Takes camera to bed." Before I can defend myself Adam continues." Besides , you are only bothered by Alex and Luke. Shawn I told you this before , but you knew you were going to lose her if you didn't tell her and you lost her. You can't keep losing it when she's with him."

He's right. But I won't say it. I'll stay quiet. Normally I would lose it but I promised Alex I would try and control my temper.
