Chapter 48

~The next day~

"Alex, should I tell Mom and Dad about you know?" I look over my brother. We're walking down to Starbucks, the cold winter air bitting down our bones.

"I don't know. You told me 2 days ago. You started doubting yourself." 2 days ago he started telling me about, how he thinks he might not even be bisexual, that he might be straight. I tried to explain to him that being 'bi' was just a phase , but he didn't listen. "Mom and Dad would be surprised. But they would accept you. If not immediately, eventually."
He takes a short breath." So I say , make sure what you are really interested in  before saying anything." He hugs me , his big body engulfing mine." I don't know what I would do without you." His voice is low , compared to the usual.
"You'd be a messy potato." He laughs, pulling me away from the embrace. We ask for our drinks and sit down .

School was off today and we'll be back after the Christmas break, so we stay walking around town for a while. Jake and I talked about everything. Filling the gap. I missed my little brother more than I had imagined. It's good to have him home.

~ 10days later~

"Hey , Mike you didn't tell me what you did for your birthday." I ask . We're sitting in 5sos's garage all of 5sos and 1D . "We went out clubbing. Nothing special."I nod , getting a kiss from Luke.

It seems we can't keep our hands to ourselves when we're together. We have to be touching in the slightest, smallest way. I'm not complaining, it's just all new to me. Having someone that cares enough to never let you go.

"So , New Year's remember, my house in the woods okay." They all nod in agreement.
"And Christmas, also my house but here." I get a kiss on the shoulder from Luke. Like I said we can not keep our hands to ourselves.

"I'll go get drinks." Loui says , while standing up leaving the garage. We wait half an hour and he's still not back."I'll go check to see if he died or something." I tell the boys while standing up.
I walk to the kitchen to find a sobbing Loui, the phone pressed to his ear and his other hand hitting his leg continuesly." I'll talk later." He hangs up the phone, throwing it on the table.
His head is still looking downwards and whispers of 'shit' leaving his mouth.
"Loui are you okay?" He looks up to me , his eyes swollen from all the crying. I'm so dumb. I can see he's crying. Why did I ask if he's okay?

"Alex ,  Briana is pregnant. From me and she refuses to get an abortion." The words strike me like lightning. The first thing that comes to mind is Alyssa.. .

"Loui.." I sit down next to him , giving him a side hug. He turns around, hugging me correctly, his head on my shoulder. "What am I going to do?"
"You have to talk to Alyssa first."
"She'll hate me. Alex , I love Alyssa. I can't lose her." I stroke his hair , trying to calm him down. A few minutes later, I hear voices outside the door." If he has a finger on her I'll kill him"
"Calm ,  down Luke. Loui is not like that and especially not Alex." I smile at Ashton's words.
The door opens and the boys look at us with wide eyes. Everything is so quiet. Till "so I guess Loui will die tonight." Luke slaps Niall and Harry answers him before Calum has the chance to open his mouth."Oh , shut up Niall."
"What's wrong Mate?" Mike's words are softer than usual. Loui pulls back, wiping his tears with the sleeve of his shirt. "Briana is pregnant. And she doesn't want an abortion." No one says anything,the boys are stunned.

"You'll be a great father mate" are the first words said. Luke walks closer, patting Loui's back. I glance up , to see his perfect blue eyes and I can see all the concern he has for his friend." We'll get through this.. together." Loui smiles at my words, hugging me tighter." Okay get your hands off of my girl." That gets a laugh from everyone, slightly softening the mood.

"I'm going to tell her today." We all look surprised at Loui. "Are you sure?" He nods , standing up , while wiping his tears with the sleeve of his shirt."Alex , can you please call her?" I take my phone out , calling Alyssa. Loui gives me a small smile , before walking into the living room.

"Hi
-Hi
-Can you come to the boy's house?
-Alex, tomorrow is Christmas, and I'm preparing the stupid turkey with my mother.
-But you hate turkey
-Precisely
-No , but seriously. You need to come over. It won't take long.
-I'll be there in 5."
I hang up , walking towards the living room.

All the parents are out , buying Christmas presents, leaving the house to the boys. So it's louder than usual. Even with Loui's situation everyone is still as loud and annoying. Like always..

The door bell rings , Niall opens it , panic rising in the room. "Hi Alyssa" we all chorus, when she walks inside. "Okay, so why am I here?" I shot a look towards Loui." Promise, you'll think about it before going mad?" He asks nervously. She shakes her head , the tension building up.
"Bispregnantandshewon'tgetanabortion.ButIloveyousopleasedon'tleave." He takes a breath, Alyssa takes a minute to analyze what he just said and her hands begin to shake." She pregnant?!?! With your baby?!?!" When Loui says 'yes' she storms off and leaves the house.
Loui runs after her, their screams loud enough to hear.

He walks in , tears in his eyes and his hands ripping his hair. "God I'm so stupid!" He starts hitting the wall with his head. Liam and Harry instantly hold him. Luke's hand travels from my shoulder to my hand , my attention still on Loui.
"Sunshine, go home. We just need a while." I nod without turning my attention to Luke. He kisses my cheek and I walk over to Loui. I give him a hug and whisper in his ear. "It's going to be okay." He doesn't answer, before I'm out of the door .

I lay in my bed , the sound of hail pounding on my window. The entire day , hitting me with sleep. Alyssa won't forgive him so easily. I know that , but how will they cope with each other. They can't stay far for long.

They are in it for a ride...
