I just have to say...after I read some of the Percy Jackson fan fictions out there...
They make Percy so intimidating.
They make him sound like he's contemplating the meaning of life in his head.
This is the same person who was sad because Octavian gutted his pillow-pet.
And why?
He's literally a Seaweed Brain. He's more powerful, and definitely a lot smarter than he looks but, there is a limit to his power. He's not invincible.
Most of the time he acts like he has the brain of a three-year-old with a strange obsession with all things blue.
I love Percy as much as all you guys do...
But stop trying to twist his character into someone he's not
There's something really sad about observing your favorite character turned into a stranger.
