Chapter Fifteen- Much More Than A Curiosity

-Your POV-
The next day came and it was a Tuesday.

I was at school sitting at my desk when Jungkook walked into the classroom- early.
"Hey Octopus," he said smirking and walked to his desk.
"Oh my gosh.. I'll buy you popcorn if you like! Just stop!" I sighed.
"No- you should've given it to me yesterday when I actually wanted it!" he answered.

We were lost in conversation.
After yesterday we somehow had a lot to talk about.
Sam was with his friends so we were alone in the classroom.

"Of course chips are better than chocolate!" I was saying as Jungkook laughed, disagreeing.
We were in the middle of talking when the door slammed open and Amanda, Rosa, Maria and Mina all walked in with disgusted scowls.

"Oh my gosh. Please no- this is what I was scared of all this time," I thought.
Jungkook was looking at me, confused.
"Wow Y/N.. You're talking a lot lately," Amanda said with an annoyed smirk.
I looked down.
"Why? Did you want someone new to accuse?" she said, bringing up the incident.

Jungkook stopped her.
"What are you saying?" he said concerned.
"Oh nothing! It's just an inside joke!" she laughed, brushing it off as if she wasn't stabbing me inside.

I stood up from my seat looking down and was walking to the door.
"Where are you going?" Jungkook asked.
"To the toilet," I replied quietly.
As I was walking out I heard Rosa scoff and say, "Ugh I hate fake ass bitches."

I ran to the toilet nearly in tears when I bumped into someone.
"Are you okay?" Sam asked.

-Jungkook's POV-
Y/N, like always went to the toilet.
I already knew she didn't actually need the toilet and that she was avoiding me.
She had been avoiding me a lot lately.

Amanda and her group of friends walked up to me and all put on smiles.
"Jungkook.. Umm Are you 'friends' with Y/N?" Amanda asked.
"Why are you asking?" I asked trying to defend Y/N.
"Oh nothing.. It's just you're reeaaally nice for being her only friend!" she squealed.
With that she sat down next to me and batted her lashes like always.

Y/N returned for the lesson and when morning tea came, she left the classroom straight away.
I wanted to go to the fence- where I knew Y/N would be but there was too big of a crowd and never the chance for me to leave.

Morning tea ended an Y/N didn't return.
The rest of the school day finished and Y/N never came back from morning tea.
I didn't know what happened.
Today, unlike other days I decided to wait at school for the study room to open.

I was worried about Y/N.
Amanda seemed close with her but I never saw them together.
Everything was so confusing to me.
I sat at the fence half expecting Y/N to be there but she wasn't..

I waited till 5 for the study room to open and hoping Y/N was there like always.

When I arrived at the study room at 5:10, Y/N wasn't there.
By then, I knew she wasn't going to come but I waited anyway.

After 3 hours, I decided to call her.
She didn't pick up..

I waited till 12 when I knew she wasn't going to come.
The room felt so lonely and I didn't know what to do.
I didn't get any studying done for the day and called Manager Hyung.

Y/N had somehow become much more than a curiosity to me..
