Chapter Thirty Eight- Cafe

-Your POV-
The day was honestly so tiring and difficult for me.
In some ways, the fact that Jungkook did that for me was amazing and I felt truly thankful but in other ways, I slightly did not enjoy the attention coming towards me.

Yes, I hated that everyone mistook me and judged me for a slut.
But I wanted to forget all that drama now and live a happy life and this drama and truth coming out has made everyone bring up that story that haunted me again and again.

This incident also made me realise how fake people could be.
After making my life like hell, they somehow think it's okay for them to hop back into my life as some nice person who supported me all along.

There was one person who supported me through everything and that was Jungkook.
Even Sam, the guy I thought was my friend had some sort of back story to him.

Even though Mina wasn't there for me for everything, I feel as though she is a true friend and that our friendship can only get deeper from now on.

"Do you like Jungkook? Be honest," Mina said in a teasing voice.
Currently I was sitting at a smoothie store across the road from our school to wait for the study rooms to open.
"What the hell Mina! No, I don't have feelings for him!"
"Liar! How could you not have feelings for Jungkook!? That's kind of impossible.."
"Do you like him then?" I teased, copying her.
"Okay, point taken.."

I laughed.
"We should have a sleepover! Ask your parent if you can sleep at my house some time this week," Mina said smiling.
"A sleepover?" I replied.
"Yeah! We need to catch up!" Mina laughed.

"Okay! I'll go on Friday!"
"Umm.. Don't you need to ask?"
"No, my parents are coming back in two weeks."

Yep, they were currently still away.

"Oh! It's 6pm! You should go now!" Mina said, standing.
"Ugh! Time to study.." I said annoyed.
Mina had a curfew and had to get home by 7 and so I was going to be alone again.

Today was Tuesday- a day Jungkook usually studies too but he had a schedule today and said he couldn't come.

I trudged slowly towards the classroom.

-Jungkook's POV-
"Are you just trying to make your group fail!?" Bang PD screamed at me, making my head stay down, looking at the ground.

"Y/N. She needs to go. I'm not having this nonsense. You're an idol Jungkook! Not a normal teenage boy! You can't do things without thinking of the consequences! Do you want all the other members to fail because of you!?"
"No sir."
"Y/N will be moving schools. That's final. End everything with her straight-"
"No."
"What!?"

"I will not be apart of BTS if I don't get to choose who is around me. I believe I'm allowed to be friends with who I want. It's on the contract."
"Are you crazy!?"
"I am going to have whatever type relationship with Y/N that I like. It will not affect our career in anyway and I think that's it for me."

"You do realise you're the only one causing problems right now?"
"Having a friend is not a problem."

I walked out of the room feeling proud of myself.

"Jungkook, who the fuck is Y/N!?" V said as soon as I entered our practice room.
"How do you know her?" I replied, surprised.
"Jimin told me about her. Who is she?"
"Oh my god! Jimin can't you keep things to yourself!?"
"Come on Jungkook! Tell me who she is~" V said again, teasing me.

I felt a smile forming on my face from just the thought of her.
