Change
I do not accept it
And wish not
To believe that such a thing exists
Though, I see it
In every day
In every sun rise
Which is different from the last
In every nightfall that I sleep
And every morning that I wake
The change is there
Minor is some cases
There none the less
It is inevidable
Yet, I wish to evade it
To run from such things
To stay into my patterns
Of consistancy
They say it is refershing
That this "change" is good
Then why do I shudder at the word
As it sends chills up my spine
It does exist
Do not missunderstand
For change is real
Freightingly real
I see in the faces
Of people as they age
I see in in society
A friendship's slowly made
It can be found in a story
As the character learn and grow
Or inside a building's weakening walls
Change
Don't change
Stay safely the same
Don't let yourself become
Affected by the world
Change
I do not accept it
And wish not
To believe that such a thing exists
Though, I see it
In every day
In every sun rise
Which is different from the last
