Finally classes were done for the day, Anne quickly headed back to her dorm room. Unlocking the door to her room she hears the familiar yelling of her room mate and best friend, Natalie. She nodded in her direction as she watched her pace back and fourth. Natalie looked just like she acted, her blazing red hair and sharp emerald eyes, key signs that she wasn't a person you'd want to get mad at you. Anne had learned over the years, when she gets going just step back and watch the show, Natalie could be quite entertaining sometimes. Anne moved over to her bed dropping her books on her bed, just then a silver streak flew across the room sending small fragments flying all directions. "Jesus Christ, Nat!" Anne covered her head as the shrapnel flew by.
"Sorry, that douche bag, Jonathan thinks he can just drop me with out a decent reason." Natalie huffed loudly as she flopped down on her bed directly across from Anne's. "So I guess I need to call my parents and tell them I need a new phone." Anne started laughing.
"Yeah, and what did they tell you last time you did that? That you would be buying your own from now on right?" Anne looked at her friend with a amazed look in her eye, "Good luck winning that battle, dear."
"Oh well, I'll figure out something. So how were your classes today, anything interesting happen?" Natalie looked over at her as she leaned back on her elbows.
"Not really. I was forced to partner up with Thomas on a project in World History. As if he isn't creepy enough, now I'm forced to spend time with him. I think the big man upstairs is pissed at me." Anne whined as she kicked her sneakers off throwing them across the room.
"You're probably right, you should go to church light a candle and say a million hell Mary's." Natalie cracked up in to a fit of giggles. "Oh wait, wouldn't you burn like a whore in church?"
Rolling her eyes dramatically, Anne threw a pillow at her. "Yeah, well then when he asked me about what topic I'd like to do it on, he laughed. That ass laughed at me."
"Let me guess, Henry VIII?"
"Yes, how'd you know?" Anne questioned her, watching her face grow sarcastic and mocking.
"Come on girl, how long have I known you?" Anne nodded and laughed. "Since you found out who your mom named you after you've been infatuated with that time period."
"Anyway, so what are we getting into tonight?" She got up from her bed and walked into their private bathroom. Natalie's parents were rich, and pulled out all the stops to get the perfect dorm room for their daughter.
"Well I over heard Jonathan telling his friends that there was a party at the Williamson Hall Dorms, so you want to go crash it?" Natalie wiggled her eye brows playfully, Anne knew what she meant. Natalie wanted to go finish the conversation she had with him over the phone in person, with a few alcoholic beverages backing her up.
"Sounds like fun, should I call your parents ahead of time and inform them we'll need some bail money?" Anne joked playfully as she turned to start the shower.
"Ha ha ha, very funny Lady Boleyn." Natalie chided playfully. She often teased her about whom she was named after, Anne's mother always had a strange fascination with Anne Boleyn, hence the reason she was named Anne.
