"And tell me come on james tell me you won't help him?" I asked.
"No i won't help him what is the point?" He said. "Your my sister and that matters more i want him locked up more than you really".
"What are you two whispering about hm?" Mum say.
"Mother i am so happy to see you" i cried. "But who told you i am here?"
"Well kim your girlfriend of course" she smiles. "Darling things will be alright the family is fine and so will you".
"Is dad here?" I asked.
"Well he his having a little break if you get what i mean but i will get ellie to pop round tonight"
"How is she?"
"Oh well a little upset after freddie left but she will be ok after all she has a pub to run"
"Yeah i guess if she is happy i am happy" i smiled.
"And it is good to see you happy darling that's all i want really" mum said. "Any way when you get out of here maybe we could have a celebration"
"Yeah that will be perfect i mean that is the thing i am most looking forward to any way" i nod.
"See you later darling and james i need you" she says.
"I will be back" he said and left with her.
James had dropped something on his way out. His phone. It was warren ringing him. He had so many calls from him and texts i had to answer the call now.
"James finally i have been waiting this whole time for you to call did you get my text?" He asks.
"Oh hello warren" i said. "I think we need a chat about something".
"Oh yeah about how your not dead" he laughs.
"I am lucky to be alive but after this you won't?"
"And what's that supposed to mean?"
"James is not on your side warren he wants you down for what you have done so if you ever, EVER think of coming back you know what's coming"
I cut the call. He will know what's coming and i will make sure of it.

Ellie comes later that afternoon to see me.
"Hey nic i have been so worried that you haven't been coming to the dog" she says.
"Been working hard have you?" I asked.
"Yeah mum must have said then" she sighed. "It's the busiest time with it being summer and all that"
"Yeah look you won't have to visit all the time any way do you think we could use the dog when i am better" i asked.
"Of course i will have to prepare for it though i will get mum to give me a hand and yeah er we are all sorted" she smiles.
"I knew you wouldn't let me down thanks ellie" i said.
"My treat any way" she says. "Any way i am glad to see you get better i have to go i guess but i hope you will be out soon"
"Me too" i sighed. I went to grab my phone as i left and james' phone was still there. I leave his on the table as i ring kim. I though she would be here.
"Hey kim where are you?" I asked.
"Well where do you think i have been stuck in the police station waiting to put my statment in all day" she explains.
"Really get here now i can't wait to see you" i smiled.
"Ok ok don't get too excited" she laughs.
"I will because i need you here don't i?" I laughed.
"I will see you in a second" she tells me and cuts the call. I smile. I love kim lots.
