27: telling the truth

James p.o.v
I get off the phone with kim and ask ryan to do the case i was doing for me i needed to speak to the police.
"I would like to report a crime" i said. "My sister was shot by warren fox".
"Ok who was there when this happend.?" He asked.
"Kim and my sister she was awake at this time you could come to the hospital and talk to her" i tell them.
"Ok we will come by later this afternoon i think you have a case to be doing?" He said.
"Change of plan" i smiled. "I am going to see my sister ryan is sorting it out for me"
"Alright but no more time of janea you have had enough time off to start with" he sighed.
"Thank you well see you tomorrow then" i said and left the police station. I had three missed calls from kim. I ignore them calls and call someone else. They answer after the first ring.
"Hello i think we need to talk" i smiled.

Kim p.o.v
"Hey babe good to see you awake" i smiled and kissed her.
"Kim!" She cried. "Good to see you where were you?"
"At esthers but i couldn't face going back to the house" i tell her.
"Really oh kim you must have been scared" she says.
"I was more scared about you but luck i am work tomorrow i can try and see you all day" i smiled.
"Really?" She says.
"Yeah now any way i bought a couple of friends with me" i smiled.
"Really who?" She asks.
"Hiya" ellie smiled.
"Ellie no way this is amazing you ok?" She says and hugs ellie.
"Never mind me how are you that was a nasty shock" ellie says.
"Yeah i knew my dad would never change at all" joel sighed.
"At least your a good person" she smiles.
"Yeah well that's the now me the old me i am not so sure" he mutters.
"Joel!" Ellie snaps. "Look i will talk to him outside i will let you two have your alone time".
"Thank you" i said. They left and i talked more to her."Hey so how about i get you a hot chocolate".
"Yeah sure i mean maybe we could talk i really need to sort things out with what happend" she say. "if your ok with telling me".
"Of course i mean if you need help with wanting to know" i said.
I go to the machine. My phone rings and it's james.
"Where are you?" I snapped.
"The police they are coming to speak to you" he says. "They are going to make warren pay they just need to know what happend and they need to check for evedence".
"Ok but won't warren be miles away?" I ask.
"Well i suppose i can sort out that he can be any where but i will take care of that" he says.
"Will you be at the hospital sometime soon?" I asked.
"Yes i am heading there now but only for a bit" he says "i will see you at the hospital".
"Yeah see you later" i said and take nicole's hot chocolate to her room.
"Thanks nice and cool is that why it took so long?" She asked.
"No i was talking to james" i said.
"James is he alright is he coming?" Nicole asked.
"Yes he is fine just he got held up because he told the police" i said.
"Told the police what kim what's going on?" She cried.
"Warren fox nicole he shot you that's why your here" i explained.
(Hey guys getting close to the end i am going to finish the book at 30 chapters but yeah i can tell you the ending hasn't come to nicoles story yet)
