11: good to be home

I went home later on and it was just me and james in.
"Its so good to be home" i smiled.
"Well it was kind of lonely if you know what i mean now juat stay and relax on the sofa" he said and just then there was a knock at the door.
"I will get that" he sighed.
"Ah james is your sister home i think she has some questioning to do" a detective said.
"She's just here" he said.
"DS Thorope you must be nicole" he said.
"Yes i am" i said.
"I am here to question you about the night someone done a hit and run" he said.
"Hit and run?" I questioned. "I don't remember much i was in the dark shouting at james": "oh of course i did" i snapped.
"Nicole?" James shout. The a scream and darkness.
"I was trying get away from the car but the car followed me everywhere"
"The car it followed you but what did it look like or the driver as well." He asked.
"It was black pretty sure it was" i said.
"I have a clue who it might be but don't worry miss nightingale things well be just fine" DS Thorpe smiled. "Your in safe hands now"

Later that day i walk over to the dog and i seen a man outside looking mostly like a preist with this new girl. A girl in the village that i never seen before.
"Hi i am nicole sorry if i was ruining your fun" i said.
"Oh no it's fine i mean after all we where only talking about her cousin of hers she's crazy" the man shrugs. "Joel Dexter by the way and she is Demi Blake"
"As in sienna's cousin?" I asked.
"Yep that's me" she nods.
Police came rushing by and got joel out of the chair.
"Oi what are you doing!" Demi cried.
"Joel Dexter you are underarrest" one of them said. "For attepted murder of Nicole Nightingale"
"No it wasn't me i swear" joel shouts. "I hardly knew her".
"Joel! Please officer you might have the man!" Demi argued.
"Take him away" the man said. "Sorry but he is the one with a black car" he said.
"No it can't be joel is a good man" demi sighed.
"Well Miss Blake not everyone changes" he shrugs. He went and left us two together.
"I know joel wouldn't hurt you i promise" she begs.
"And i believe you he is inncoent he was no where near me at all that day" i nodded. "Which means the police"
"They set him up to cover up the really one not the whole police just one person but who?" Demi asks.
"I don't know but looks like we will have to work together on this" i explained. I am sure it wasn't joel i know it wasn't he would never hurt me and i know he wouldn't.

"Did the find who hurt you?" James asked.
"No it's the right person they're saying it's joel" i said. "I don't believe them".
"Really i am guessing there talking the wrong person here" james said. "Who is this they took in?"
"Joel" i said."Joel Dexter".
"Ok so he will be getting questioned now i need to go you will be fine won't you?" He asks.
"Yeah i need to go out and see demi" i said.
I click on to my messages and make a new one with demi:
Me:hey demi i have some really good news go to the bean i will see you there :)
Then few moments later..
Demi: coming now better be a good thing about joel x
Me: you will see x

I walked out of the flat locking up as i start to walk out and i bump into ryan.
"Hey ryan be careful where your going" i said.
"Tell the police" he mutters then looks up. "Sorry i... i am so... sorry"
"What for you just bumped into me silly" i laughed. "Any way you have a lot on your mind right"
"Yeah i do" he nods. "What am i going to do i will be as bad as ste i am going to be locked up i will never see the kids any more"
He starts to cry.
"Ryan come on it's not like you hurt me or amy ?" I said.
"That's just it." He said. "I have been telling my uncle to cover for me because yes nicole i hurt you"
"What?" I gasped.
"I done this i can't forgive myself it was ste and everything messing with my head" he sobs."you believe me don't you i was so angry i didn't know what i was doing" he cried.
"You have to go to the police get amy's dad or maybe teegan or leela they will understand" i advice him.
"Ok i have to go now i need to do it" he said.
"I will come with you" i said.
"Ok" he nods and just as that demi comes around the corner.
"Hey er... nic where you going?" She asks.
"This is getting the real person caught for what they done" i said.
"Good one hear that your getting my friend out of trouble now you better not back up no more!"demi hissed.
Demi now joins us to the station where warren was also very much raging about joel.
"Let my son out you don't understand my son didn't do anything!" He shouts.
"No" ryan said.
"Ryan do you really want to do this" DS Thorpe said.
"Yes and i bought this all on my self because everyone joel didn't run over nicole" he said. "I did"
(Yess well you know now who done it there is a lot of rage and anger in the next chapter even some changed of P.O.V of other people so look forward to that because it will be realsed just later today :) xx)
