43: mysterious person

James P.O.V
Weeks, months later? I don't care. Picking up a bottle of wine i rolled my eyes as it's empty. Just like me.
"James?" Someone calls.
"Leave me alone" i yelled.
"Oh james" they sighed.
"I am not in the mood" i said. "I would go because unless you want to be stuck in my house of misery".
"It's ok i know how you felt, about nic she was your best friend" lorie said. And i stood up sighing and i couldn't help but let the tears fall.
"I can't do it" i kept repeating it.
"Yes you can nic wouldn't want you to fall because of some lowlife killer" she said and she held out her arms as i fell into them.
"She knew everything: every fear, every problem even about my dad beating me she saw it all and the only person who understood me" i tell her.
"It's hard, very losing someone, isn't good" she nods.
"You were close too, and yet all she been through she was all set to leave here" i said. "I can see why".
"And through it all she loved you" lorie smiled.
"Thank you" i smiled back. "I mean i don't know what i did to desevre you but i needed sometime before i think about funral plans yet".
"Of course take your time" she says.

Months later...
(Third person view)
Grace is sitting in the car checking her watch until some one appears in front of the headlights and jumps in the car.
Grace: i didn't think you were coming
?: well i needed to and we have to take warren fox down sometime, you trust me right?
Grace: well we been talking like this for months with a person who is supposed to be dead
?: thanks i guess! Well i know james is broken because of this even how mad as well he knows nothing.
Grace: well let me tell you i think we will be warren free by the time you come back.
?: yes i have bigger problems i noticed, and sami malik's murder is all set.
Grace: sami malik are you crazy?
?: i seen it all he is framing my brother if he wanted justice for his dad well i would play it ten times harder.
Grace: and you know what you are doing your sister is pregnant.
?: (laughs)she doesn't need him as far as i know he won't ever be back again.
Grace: and what about kim?
?: yeah what about her
Grace: she was stuck in the school for months.
?: oh poor kim, ok i will be back soon i need to only be back for two reasons only. As far as everyone knows i am still dead.
Grace: yep i suppose so.

James P.O.V
I sat waiting around for lorie, kyle has been gone for a while now and as far as i know things aren't going too well for me. However life will go on.
"James, what's up you ok?" She asks. "I was actually going back to price slice for a job too but i needed to check up on you"
"I am ok i just need to know kyle is safe" i sighed.
"He will be i promise you, everything is fine also you should go to that dinner with your family" she tells me.
"Really?" I asked. "I don't think i should".
"Go it could help you after all the things sami has put you through!" She cries. "He is obviously hiding something".
"Exactly" i nodded. "Thanks well any way shouldn't you be off to price slice".
"Oh yeah, well you do know your more important to me james" she smiles.
"I don't see why i am hardly special" i point out. "I don't see why your so nice to me".
"James nightingale i am your best friend and i never give up on you" she tells me.
"I think that answers my question" i managed a small smile. Which was a suprise that i actually managed with in weeks.
"Now i am off have fun" she says.
"I will try." I nodded "any thing unusal i will call you."
"Got it" she nods.
Lorie leaves me as i get ready, in away i know i can't go on like this forever although for one night i should put everything behind me for good.

At the flat it's all tense not only is it ellie and mum but there is also having sami in the same room as me which hadn't made it any better than i already thought it would be.
"James why don't you help me with the food" sami asks.
"Yes, well i think i might" i answered.
I walk to the kitchen with him.
"I know it's you who framed me".
"And you don't think you desevre it" he smirks as if he thinks it's funny. "You got my dad to kill himself so i know exactly what you did".
"I didn't do that to him so he could end up like that" i hissed.
"Well don't worry i will make sure you locked up for kyle being missing" he sighed but then gasped.
"He is not dead" i answered. We went back to the table and it wouldn't stop replaying. I has to find out.
"Where is kyle?"
"What you on about darling?" Mother asked and i ignored her. "Where is he?" I yelled pushing him and causing a lot more problems than i should with us both fighting ellie got caught in the middle. I then knew i done something bad so i left and pulled my phone out.
"Lorie i think we have a problem" i tell him.
