Nicole P.O.V
"No you are not, nic this is not the way" he whispered.
"I don't need my brother rotting in jail for no reason you done nothing james i know you haven't i want you to be happy" i sighed.
"But i can't let you ruin ellie's happiness" he snaps.
"Well i can't have a liar making false alligations" i argue.
"Trust me it wouldn't look good." He tells me.
"Listen to me i don't care, i am nicole nightgale" i smiled. "And no one beats me".
"That is what i am afraid of" he sighed and the bell rings.
"I will be back" i tell him and he gives me a hug.
"I missed you" he says.
"I missed you too" i smiled and wanted to cry but that's not me.
I leave the visiting area and i look at my phone and ellie has text me.
Meet at the flat as soon as we need to talk.
I wasn't suprised by the bluntness. But all the same i was going to go even if seeing sami's smug face would have to kill me.

I got to near the dog and a boy bumped into me.
"Watch where you're going" i snapped.
"Sorry aunty" he says but then gasped.
"What did you just say?" i questioned.
"It's a secret, my dad is james nightingale and i am romeo" he says. "My mother was at his sixteenth birthday?"
"Look i have to go" i said. "See you around".
I rush off and think what just happend. Then it came to me.

"James, you ok?" I asked.
"No, dad he tried to make me straight." He said. "He got me to sleep with a women to straighten me out".
"What.. but why?" I gasped.
"He is against people like me" he cried and broke down against me.

I needed to talk to mum see i she knew anything about this.

"So you actually showed up" ellie said.
"Now is not the time, mum i think there is something i need to ask you" i said. "And now".
I pull her to one side.
"Do you know anything about this boy james' son" i said.
"Not so loud!" She hissed.
"Tell me" i snapped. "What happend".
"Ok yes your father tried to make him straight but i promise you this wasn't meant to happen" she cried. "She came back to me and told me i gave her money to keep her away"
"You were in on this" i gasped. "And you never thought to tell me."
"No this wasn't meant for anyone know" she says.
"If you don't tell james i will get romeo to do it himself" i said.
"No nicole you wouldn't do this" she gasps.
"Oh i will and all this time i think faking my death has taught me a lot more now mother i think you have a job to do when i get james out of prison" i smiled. I walked back over to ellie with mum. "Now where were we."
"Where have you been?" Ellie snaps.
"I knew this was coming" i laughed. "I have been on the run this intire time because i thought the guy who shot mw twice was after me which is why i returned now, however i would have returned earlier if i knew all of this"
"Knew all of what?" Mum questions.
"Maybe that my sister is pregnant to a dangerous man, my brother has finally and safe returned home but had an illness and my loving brother is now in jail" i smiled. "So who wouldn't have thought that it was a better time".
"Nic you hardly know ellie's boy friend." Mum agrued.
"Oh please i know enough to say that my brother is more innocent than him falsely accusing james and you tell me your believing that family over your own" i sighed. "It's pathetic"
"The only thing that's pathetic is what your saying right now" ellie cried.
"Look i am done with you all playimg he's the good guy just wait until the moment you find out he isn't who he is" i hissed. "Because in the end i.."
"Yes we get your always right" sami said clapping from behind. "And i should think you should leave this flat now".
"You don't force me to do any thing" i snapped and stormed out. I pull out my phone and the prison number called a minute ago. Luckily it called again.
"James?" I asked.
"Yes it's me" he said.
"They don't believe a think about sami being a bad guy" i sighed.
"You went to see ellie and mum?" He gasped.
"Of course i did i mean what was worse was big man himself stumbles in, maybe that glass should have shattered over his head" i tell him.
"I told you no we are not going a head to 'kill him' you know where you could end up" james said.
"What else am i supposed to do james!" I cried. "He is walking around free as if nothing happend!"
"I have a better plan, only we need him in here for the murder of kyle" he says.
"And how will this work?" I asked.
"Only in a matter of time my dear sister, now i have to go" he says. "But promise me you won't hurt him?"
"I promise" i sighed. "I love you".
"I love you too".
I smiled to myself then someone drags me to one side.
