7: heartbroken

"You sure you want me to go to work?" I asked.
"Just go i will be fine" he smiled. "You have missed enough days already"
"I know but i am worried for you james" i said.
"Stop worrying just go i will call if i need you" he say.
"Ok see you later" i said and left the flat on that friday morning.

"Oh finally you back babes" goldie grins.
"Yeah well james is not in the best of ways right now but he will be ok soon hopefully" i sighed.
"Yeah john paul has gone now he left the other day he must have upset him a lot." Goldie said.
"Hang on you don't know why james done it though" i tell her.
"Do you know then?" She asked.
"Ok well john paul he cheated on james with ste!" I yelled and she was in stunned silence.
"What but why would he tell us?"
"Oh yeah you go around telling our family guess what i cheated on my boyfriend for some other man well good on you if you do!"
I stormed out. Sometimes goldie can be really annoying.
"Wait come back!" Goldie cries but i ignore her i need to see james and fast.

I put the keys in the door and it was very quiet.
"James?" I question. "James where are you?"
There was no answer i called him to see where he is but his phone went to voicemail.
"James where are you?" I start. "Look i hope your alright you shouldn't have left the house please come home i am worried and i... walked out my job"
I didn't hear the door opem.
"You walked out of you job" james said from behind me.
"James i know it sounds bad please i had to it was all goldie's fault she was making out that john paul is a victum of all this" i explained.
"But i got that job for you and everything, you need to phone adam tell him your sorry" he said.
"Ok ok i don't want to upset you any more than you already are upset" i hug him. "Any way where were you?"
"Someone called scott drinkwell stole my credit card" he sighed.
"What why?" I gasped.
"Well he hates me doesn't he everyone does" he sighed.
"I don't" i said. "No matter what you do i still love you"
"Yeah any way he has 3 month to pay it all back or he's going to know about it" he says.
"That's my james i know" i said and smiled.
The james i know is back and this is they way it always should be.

We were spend the rest of the weekend in the flat. That was all we could do. When monday came around there was a knock on the door.
"I wonder who that could be" i said and went to get the door.
"James, nicole we nees you at the flat above the dog" mum said.
"Mum your back?" I cried.
"Yes for ellie of course" she says.
"I don't know why anyone needs me no one does" james sighed.
"No ellie needs you james we all need you" mum said.
"Now come on and get ready" mum said.
"Yes ok i will now" he said.
It is good to get james back out. And it will be good to help ellie.

We came with mum and all the nightingales were gathered together. When we were just about to start.
"Go on start the story" holly said and ellie started it.
"It was all a blur i remembered inviting him back i was drunk and the last of it i know i was talking about panda's and i though nothing happened but my clothes where on the floor" she said and her eyes resprang with tears.
"That's it?" She snaps.
"That's not enough?" James asked.
"Sounds like a drunken one night stand to me" she agrued. "Maybe you should reconsider about what you said before blurting things out"
"And why don't you just leave" i said sternly.
"Whatever but nick is not like that!" Holly said on her way out.
Ellie storms of to her room crying and freddie tried to talk to her but came back minutes later.
"I will go and talk to her" james said at once.
"Really?" I gasped.
"She's my sister she needs all the help she can get" he nods.
He went her and moments later they both came back and ellie sort of smiled.
"Hey so i have thought about what to do" she said."I am going to do it i am going to the police"
We all followed her to the police station and all of us behind her the whole way.
"Do you need me to come with you?" James asked.
"No i will be fine now" she says. "Thank you all"
We all went and left ellie to it.
"I am proud of you james goos for you to get back on your feet" i smile.
"Thank you well that has what i have been waiting for" he said. "Maybe i should go back to work"
"You really would go back?" I asked.
"Yes i am going back to work tomorrow i am a changed man now" he smiled.
"Yes you are" i smiled and we go back to the flat.
