I was currently sat in the studio with Claude Kelly Holly and Clair were here as well, as they had nothing better to do today I told them to go and explore but they said they’d rather sit and watch me…watch me write songs or go and explore LA, I know which one I would chose. I literally had writers block today. The only thing on my mind right now was the girls and Danny the only thing. I needed them today as it was 4 years since my Nan…you know left us. Holly and Clair hadn’t said anything so I was assuming they had forgotten I wouldn’t be surprised with everything that had gone on, I had a morning text from Dan and I replied to it but he hasn’t replied since, time difference is a bitch. Claude was the one to knock my thoughts away from me.
Claude: Jess!
Jessie: w-what
Claude: you’ve been sat there for the last 20 minutes playing with that pen, you haven’t written anything…its not like you Jess
Jessie: i-I know it’s just I was thinking
Holly: Danny…
Jessie; that as well but not just that…do you blame me?
Clair: Rosie and Shaya
Jessie: it would be a bit weird if I didn’t miss them, and that as well just not the main thing on my mind
Clair: what is it then, Jess your in a right grouch today
Jessie: just leave it yeah
Holly: someone’s in a stress
Jessie: I thought you were meant to be my best friends?
Holly: we are what are you on about?
Jessie: doesn’t matter
Clair: no go on carry on
Jessie: no it doesn’t matter! Just let me write
They sigh and then Holly speaks up again
Holly; well Clair we might take Jess up on that offer of going to see LA, she’s in to much of a grouch for me to deal with
Jessie: JUST DROP IT YEAH, I MEAN LEAVING THEM IS HARD ENOUGH BUT TODAY OF ALL DAYS TO HAVE A GO AT ME.
Holly: what’s so different about today?....wait oh Jess
Clair: am I the only one that didn’t click?
Claude: no I didn’t either
Holly: What date is it today Clair?
Clair: 2- Oh Jess, I'm so sorry I totally forgot, I feel like the worst best friend ever
A tear rolled down my face but I just wiped it away and sat down, I admit I shouldn’t of snapped at them but I did, I know it was wrong but I was upset I know they are genuinely sorry.
Claude: what’s up my little pop star?
Jessie: it doesn’t matter honestly I’ll be ok in a minute
Claude: it’s ok not to be ok Jess, you said so yourself
Jessie: maybe I should take some of my own advice
Claude: I was gunna say you’ve looked like al lost puppy ever since you walked in here on Monday what’s going on Jess
Jessie: I miss my family, and today is a tough day
Claude: you can tell me anything Jess
Jessie: I know…today is….the date that my nan…you know
Claude: Oh Jess I'm sorry I didn’t mean to push you
Jessie: you didn’t, I was being a grumpy bitch as Holly and Clair directly pointed out sorry…
Claude: don’t be sorry now I understand why
Then we are distracted by my phone ringing… the person I wanted to talk to so much…Dan. I of course answered by now I had my feet on the desk and the first smile I had on my face all day.
*Phone Call Danny*
Danny: Hey babe
Jessie: Hey are you ok?
Danny: are you ok?...i know what today is
I'm so glad he remembered without me mentioning it that’s love right there
Jessie: i-I know…its hard really hard I just want you guys, how are the girls
Danny: I know I want you too, yeah they are ok, they miss you so much Shaya is fineally back to her old self again
Jessie: I know I miss you lot too, so much. Well that’s good took her a while, is there walking any better
Danny: they are getting there they can go like 10 steps and then they fall over
Jessie: awh I wish I could see, you’ll have to send me a video, have you seen Harry and Maize are they ok
Danny: seen them yesterday, Glen has been very distant
Jessie: what do you mean distant?
Danny: like just being with them and he hasn’t been out, I mean I've been distant from them this week but me and the girls have done things, they loved the Zoo babe
Jessie; ahh I see, you back in the studio tomorrow right, and the Zoo was it fun?
Danny: yeah back in the studio tomorrow and yeah the Zoo was great they loved it…I was thinking
Jessie: yeah..
Danny: what about a friend for Jackson?
Jessie: babe really?
Danny: come on Jess
Jessie: Dan I'm not sure, Jacksons enough
Danny: the girls would love a puppy
Jessie: Dan we will discuss that when I'm home ok, please don’t put more stress on my shoulders
Danny: ok ok, sorry it was just a suggestion because when Jacksons alone he must get lonely
Jessie: Dan…please
Danny: ok ok, so recording today how was it?
Jessie: you want me to be honest?
Danny: well I don’t want you to lie
Jessie: shit, I haven’t written anything. I wrote my name
Danny: oh babe, it will be ok
Jessie: whats the point in today if I'm not writing anything I could have been home a day sooner
Danny: Baby it will be ok…promise
Jessie: I know I know just no one here even understands
Danny: what do you mean
Jessie: I will tell you on skype later I cant talk now I need to get some writing done at least this day cant be a complete sham
Danny: alright baby I will talk to you later you can tell me all about it
Jessie: ok I will, tell the girls I love them and give them a kiss from me, I love you

That phone call was what I needed to get my writing boost
