Sitting on the roof of STAR Labs, Barry sat with his knees to his chest and his chin propped up. He couldn't bare to face anyone right now. His eyes were teary and bloodshot. Staring out at the dark sky, he took a deep breath and tried to keep his emotions under control. Though every moment all he could think about was Genevieve. Her smile. Her corny jokes. Her bravery and determination.
Barry was heartbroken. Completely and utterly destroyed. He didn't realize how much love he had for Genevieve until he opened his eyes in that warehouse and found her tied up alongside him. Sure, out of all the times he chose to act on his feelings it was when they were kidnapped but Barry would give anything to go back in time to that moment. He'd give anything to have ten minutes with her, just so she knew how much he loved her.
He wouldn't take no for an answer when he tried to convince her to go with him. Hell, he would of actually told Genevieve he loved here at the hospital like he originally planned on doing. Now she's gone, and there is no going back.
