Josie and Jeff held hands, laughing as they exited the school, school papers flying in the air, thrown my teenagers who wanted nothing but to get away from this place, the final bell of the year ringing. They had finally finished the school year.

"PARTY AT MY HOUSE! 7 PM!" Bryce shouted as people cheered.

Jeff and Josie got into Jeff's car, exchanging a kiss before Jeff drove off. "Are you going to that party?" Josie asked, leaning her knees on the dashboard.

"Yeah, why? Won't you?" Jeff asked, keeping his eyes on the road as he put a hand opened his free hand for Josie to hold.

She put her hand into his, his fingers closing on her hand, intertwining. "I think I'll pass."

"But it's the last party for this year. Come on, babe!" Jeff dragged, giving her hand a squeeze.

"I knooow but I'm tired." Josie groaned.

"You won't be tired at 7." Jeff said jokingly, raising their hands to his lips to kiss her knuckles.

"Fine." Josie agreed, leaning her head on the window. Jeff grinned, giving her hand another kiss.

Jeff sat on Josie's bed, waiting for her to decide what she was going to wear.

"You know, I'd rather just spend today in bed, watching movies and such." Josie said, her back facing Jeff as she rummaged through her clothes.

"We have the rest of the summer to do that, babe." Jeff said, chuckling.

"Close your eyes." Josie said, holding her clothes on her arm. Jeff fell on his back on the bed, covering his eyes with a pillow as Josie changed into her top, shorts and flannel. "You can look now."

Jeff sat up looking at his girlfriend who was putting on her shoes. She walked to the vanity, applying mascara and lipgloss and that was it for her. "Done?"
