Josie flinched when she heard a knock on on her window, moving towards it reluctantly, wiping her eyes forcefully as she moved the curtains, releasing a breath when she saw it was Jeff. She sniffed, opening the window for him. He got inside carefully, Josie walking to sit on her bed, playing with fingers.

Jeff slowly approached her, sitting in front of her, facing the window. "Jose," Jeff took a breath, "I'm going to explain what happened inside that damn closet. I told her we can't kiss because I'm with you and I love you, she tried to touch me, I pushed her away then suddenly she fucking attacked me like a godzilla and kissed me. I was shocked, it took me a few seconds to react but not because I liked it, I was just taken aback.

I fucking swear, Josie, that's exactly what happened." Jeff finished, putting his head in his hands.

Josie sniveled in her hands. Jeff heard, looking at her instantly before wrapping his arms around her, pulling her close to his chest. "I love you. I fucking love you, Jose." He whispered in her hair.

"I love you too." Josie sniffled, wrapping her arms tightly around him.

"Did something else happen?" Jeff asked unsurely, pulling away and caressing her flushed cheeks. Upon seeing his girlfriend's reaction, closing her eyes as tears fell, he knew something else was wrong. "What? What happened, Josie?"

"B-Bryce t-tried to feel me up." Josie said quietly, sobbing again before letting herself fall in Jeff's arms.

"What?!" Jeff shouted, pulling away from her, "I'm going to fucking k-"

"Jeff, please," Josie shook her head, "Don't do anything. I won't even have to see him during this vacation. Please, Jeff."

"How can I not, Josie?! How can I let him get away with this?!" Jeff stood up, pacing in the room.

"Please." He heard the desperation in Josie's voice, stopping to look at her. Looking down, a sad aura around her.

He immediately wrapped his arms around her, rubbing her back as she sobbed on his jacket.
And that's how they spent the night; his arms around her, her sleeping on his chest like a baby.

The next morning, Jeff had to leave early, not before leaving Josie a note on her bedside table, telling her that he needed to be home because his parents wanted his help with some things.

Josie woke up, reading the note before she took a shower to freshen up. Wearing sweatpants and a plain white tshirt before walking downstairs to greet her parents.

"Good morning, baby." Kelsey kissed Josie's cheek as the teenager sat eating breakfast.

"Your sleeping schedule still isn't messed up." Stephan, Josie's dad, stated.

"Not for long." Josie chuckled.

"Are you going to search for a job like you said you will?" Kelsey asked, leaning on the counter and looking at her daughter.
