Episode 23

"You'd be wise never to raise that sword in my pressense again..."

The voice was cold, the words could cut steel, everyone looked over, Alec joined them on the ground, top of boots ripped, skirt shreaded so much it basically wasn't there and ony her underwear was, shirt strap was cut, brusies and bleeding she still stood there with a deadly look...Dusk.

"HOW DID YOU ESCAPE!" Alec screamed getting up glaring.

Dusk returned his glare fiercely, "Don't make chains out of my own magic that you stole..." she growled.

"That isn't possible...I took away your light magic...you shouldn't be able to use it, you shouldn't be able to have it!" His fists clenched, she just laughed.

"My magic comes from my soul Alec...when a piece of my soul is taken, the rest looks for a way to fill that hole...sure you broke the light in my life destroying my family and kingdom but...a new light arose in my life, my new family, FairyTail, over time my broken soul fixed it self, they saved me from absolute darkness, and I'm in debt to protect them all forever..." she stated looking at him fumming, she kept her cool, "I've spent so many hours, so many months training to control my emotions, to harness my emotions so the shadow wouldn't corrupt me, when I never needed it, because my savior has always been here..." she looked down at her guild mark on her right hip and looked up, "Now...it's time for you to feel the power of light...for I am...the decendent of the goddess..." she closed her eyes and opened them, her pupils now dialated, her hair gained a white streak in front and she summoned her sword, the infamous sword Dusk carried, the black to purple gradient, was now white to purple. She charged at Alec with imense speed, he rebounded back with a different sword than the one he had raised just a few minutes before, they were now locked in combat. White and Red were flying everywhere, Alec and Dusk were incredibly well matched, but the shadow was stronger, she was enraged of what he had done, she didn't care about the pain she was in, he hurt her family and thats all that mattered. Punches, kicks, sword swings, magic, everything was flying, the kitchen sink even, Dusk refused to give up and it showed, Alec was starting to be pushed back. There was suddenly a bright light and as it faded Dusk was standing over Alec, her sword held to his throat.

"Do it...you won't...you can't..." he coughed on the ground, he smirked.

"I WILL! YOU TOOK EVERYTHING FROM ME!" She was crying now.

"You won't kill me...you can't....not in front of Gray....how do you think he sees this....his best friend and now girlfriend like this...." Alec just held his grin as he could barely breath, Dusk hesitated, the members of the guild on the ground were shocked to hear what he said but there was too much going on now.

"Bullshit..." Gray muttered, but Dusk and Alec looked over, "Don't listen to him Dusk...I've seen how you talk about him...you rage and sadness...I was there for it all...he's messing with you....I'll always be here for you....no matter what you do...." the ice wizard looked up and smiled at her, he could barely move but he managed. Dusk turned toward Alec and raised her sword and was about to swing it but....it clanged to the ground. She looked at Alec as tears fell onto him, he grinned and his body started to disapear.

"I knew you couldn't do it...." he said weakly as he faded into the air, "Until we meet again...my darling..." and with that he was gone, particles flying off to the air, he has teleported, Dusk fell to the ground, but it didn't take longfor her to start to glow. The members there slowly looked up as tey got their strength back, Dusk looked around at herself and looked up as figures took form, light flashed and Dusk's eyes widened and her jaw dropped, everyone looked in shock as well. Estinara and Midnightus stood there smiling down at Dusk, Estinara in a beautiful long white dress, Midnightus in a casual-knight look, a cloak flowing behind him. Dusk couldn't speak, tears formed in her eyes, falling down her cheeks.

"Hello sweetheart..." her mothers warm smile shone in the setting sun, "It's about time we have a talk..."
