I'm not really tough,
I'm not tough at all,
I try to act rough,
But my heart will just fall,Like putty into my attackers hand,
With their words sharpened,
And their meanings making me land,
Into the waters deep end,Drowning me,
Pulling me down,
Everyone letting me be,
As they see my hands drop the crown,Thinking I gave up,
When in reality I was through,
Quickly standing up,
Letting everyone hear the words I threw. My heart running faster,
As my adrenaline from anger rose,
The crowd letting me know I was the master,
When I saw that they froze,As insults escaped my lips,
Staining everyone with the truth,
About the time he touched the hips,
Of another woman in a booth,Hiding from his wife,
Because he wanted to feel another body,
Not thinking of the mans life,
As I told everybody,The woman agreed,
Stating that it was true,
Making the wife take the lead,
As they stomped through,The city I grew up in,
Devastated from the words,
That brought the man to sin,
Leaving him on the ground for the birds,As another flower was added,
To my collection of lost souls,
Stuck in the dirt and padded,
Down in the holes,I put my crown back on,
Letting everyone know,
I'm as elegant as a swan,
And that my menacing words flow,Like water in a river,
Pushing rocks aside,
Making everyone shiver,
Everytime I'd stride.
