Betrayal

Thanks for telling,
Someone my secret,
Now my heart is yelling,
At myself for not keeping it.

I shouldn't have ever,
Trusted you so,
I'll remember forever,
Of how you're a foe.

I feel so stupid,
For trusting you,
You aren't cupid,
And there's not much you could've knew.

About how I felt about him,
Even though you felt the same,
But now my tears are at the brim,
And you're the one to blame.

You misunderstood,
Everything I said,
Your ears are no-good,
And that just cut the thread.

The thread of our friendship,
I'm sorry, but it has to be done,
If you try to hang on you'll slip,
And I'll be seen as the mean one.

But I would rather take the blame,
Than tell others the reason why,
I look down on you in shame,
While you stand and cry.

I thought you would stay on my side,
Not move away,
You made me lose my pride,
Which makes me easy prey.

You left behind a mess,
Of a broken and scared girl,
Who has to deal with the stress,
She'll achieve when it unfurls.

I'm mad at you,
You act like I'm the floor,
Go get a clue,
It's right at the door.

This is a message to a certain person that looks over what I write in my poems and other stuff like that. Thankfully the issue is resolved.

My message to everyone else: Bye Bye! Hope you enjoyed!
