"What the hell are you babbling about now?"
Koro sighed to himself, completely aware of what must be going through his pupils' mind when they stood before him, some leaning on desks as others sat as well. They all had hope dazzling in their eyes beyond anything else but he could also see it crumbling in the eyes of Nagisa, Kayano and Kanzaki. Sugino looked down awkwardly while Karma narrowed his eyes when Terasaka spoke out loud.
"I thought I smelled her before but I believed it was just my imagination- my apologies but I went back and I found this bag there, her scent is on it and it's quite fresh too."
Nagisa's breath faltered when he, along with his classmates saw Rio walking towards the bag, taking the phone and wallet into her grasp to take it back to her desk, "Why would you keep something like that to yourself, sir?"
Her voice was cold and stern, scolding her teacher while the students surrounding her were also on her side, "I-I'm sorry, I didn't want to give you false hope!" He was desperate with a whining tone, flailing his tentacles when the commotion grabbed the attention of Karasuma when the door slid open as he stepped in a little, crossing his arms over his chest, "Koro, were you by chance shot by a sniper while in Kyoto?"
He had been eavesdropping. Isogai, Maehara and Kurahashi each glancing at each other for a second before focusing back on the raven-haired teacher when he stared directly at the assassination target. Koro's face turned purple with shock before nodding, "Ye-Yes I was! They got my arm- I was pretty impressed actually."
Karasuma continued stiffly, "And was the bullet different from the other attempts made?"
Again, Koro was nodding, an orange circle covering his face, "Correct! The first shot was a bullet but the second and third were anti-me BB's, they were shot with amazing precision. Too bad your sniper couldn't tell me a name.."
"You spoke to Red Eye?" Isogai sweat dropped, "He already knew.."
"Yes, I knew the whole time!" Koro boasted though it ended quickly after.
'Koro-sensei...'
His face had turned back to its usual bright yellow when Karasuma added up the points in his head. First there was the bag found in Kyoto - an obvious sign you had been following, and then there was the fact that different bullets were used to shoot at him,
"I s-saw her!" Yoshida flinched from beside Muramatsu, eyes widening as Takuya piped with an unsure face, "I saw her with a guy, he wore red sunglasses and a beanie- I thought it was her so I followed but then she ran after Terasaka came."
Terasaka gaped, "What're you tryna say, huh?!" Kirara looked at Takuya and shifted her gaze to the brawny teen when he glared at his blond friend, "Oh be quiet, we all know how much (Y/N) likes you as a friend, she was probably too upset to hear your voice, trying to stop herself from jumping on you or something.."
'Koro help me you fat octopus!'
Karasuma spoke before Terasaka could answer after he noticed the stare that Karma threw at him. His face was almost as if he was bored but his eyes were gleaming with an unknown emotion, as if Ryoma was being analysed but also being glowered at.
"It had to be (Y-"
"WAIT!"
Kayano squealed as did Hinata when Koro screamed at the top of his lungs, moving to the window to push it open and listen, "What the he-"
