***Hey guys! Can't think of anything clever to say here so.........here is chapter 4 :) enjoy!***
Melody's POV- 2 weeks later
So apparently some fans had found out about that incident at the meet and greet a few weeks ago. Ever since, "Hayniacs", who are apparently fans of Hunter Hayes, have sent me some rather rude tweets. I just ignore them, if they were really mature, they would leave it alone after a day or two. I've been thinking about Hunter for the past few days, and to be honest, I don't know how I feel about it. Part of me is beginning to feel bad for how I acted towards him at the meet and greet, but part of me is still saying that how I acted wasn't all that bad.
I actually forced myself to listen to one of his songs, and surprisingly, it wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be. I don't really like it, but it's better than I thought. I think it's called "Wanted" or something like that. Getting bored from staying in my house all day, I decide to get out and drive around town for something to do. Walking out of my room, I grab my car keys and head out to my truck and start the engine. Pulling out of my driveway, I start the twenty minute drive to a music store I saw a few days ago. I need some new music anyway, and it just looked interesting.
Hunter's POV
As I sat in my music room in my house, my phone randomly started blowing up with Twitter notifications. I chuckled quietly to myself. The fans are always going nuts over something, I wonder what it could be this time. "What do we have here?" I ask myself, opening the Twitter app on my phone. Reading the first few tweets, I was shocked. Apparently the fans had found about the incident I had with that girl a few weeks ago at that meet and greet. I read some of the tweets.
Hunter, just forget that girl. We all love you, and you are not a stuck up person!
That girl wasn't a real fan, she just wanted attention. You don't deserve people like her in you're meet and greets. Love ya!
We love you no matter what, Hunt. We've got your back. <3
I read through some of the tweets, trying to see if I could somehow find Melody's twitter account, if she even had one. With no luck, I sighed and scrolled back up to the top of my feed, and opened a new tweet to send out to my fans.
To those of you concerned about the meet and greet incident a few weeks ago, I can assure you that everything is all over and done with. I love all of you guys, best fans ever!
I sent the tweet, then put my phone back into my pocket, standing up. "I need to get out of here." I say to myself, walking out of the music room and up the stairs leading to the main floor of my house. Grabbing my sunglasses and car keys, I lock my front door as I walk out of the house. Climbing into my Range Rover, I start the engine and pull out of my driveway. After a few minutes of driving, I spot a little music store around the corner of the street I was driving on. "This looks cool!" I say to myself, pulling into the parking lot. I cut off the engine and get out of my car, walking into the store.
Old rock music is playing softly in the background, and rows of old vinyl records line the walls. A bell above the door rings as I walk inside. "Hello sir! Can I help you find anything?" a salesman asks politely, walking over to me. I shake my head. "No, I'm just looking around. Thank you, anyway!" I reply. I'm instantly drawn to the wall of acoustic guitars towards the back of the store. Looking over the guitars, I spot a beautiful Martin guitar. Carefully taking it off it's stand from the wall, I sit on a nearby, placing the guitar in my lap as I begin to play random chords to see how it sounds.
