***Hello! So are you guys still enjoying this book?? I hope you are, because I enjoy writing it for ya'll! :) Anyways, Melody is returning to Nashville! WOO!***

Melody's POV- 3 days later

I shifted around in my seat on the airplane. Today, I'm going up to Nashville again, and I'll be staying there for a month. At the end of my stay, if Hunter's convinced me to stay there, I'll move there. If not, I'll come back to California. I'll be staying in the house I was in during my first Nashville visit, and Hunter will stay in his own house. Checking the time on my phone, I see that it's almost ten o'clock at night. This was the only other flight to Nashville from California, my other option was to take a flight at five in the morning, and I think we all know that would not happen.

My phone vibrates in my hand, signaling I had a new text message. It was from Hunter.

From: Hunter

Hey! Can you text me your address for when you get here? I wanna know where you are so I can drag you around Nashville just to annoy you ;)

Smirking, I answer him back. Just to annoy me...he is so weird.

To: Hunter

262 Music City Drive, it's a white house. Who said I was letting you drag me around Nashville? ;)

He answered me back within two minutes. He must be bored if he's answering me this quickly.

From: Hunter

Well you're already flying down here, I might as well. It's late, you should try and sleep. I'll see you tomorrow, yeah? Good night :)

I sent him one last text, and drifted to sleep, watching the night sky go by from outside my window.

To: Hunter

Fair enough, good night :P

~The next morning (Hunter's POV)~

I stood in front of the gates in the airport, waiting for Melody's flight to come in. She doesn't know I'm here, but I figured she'd like something familiar to welcome her back to Nashville. The airport here is huge, and I wouldn't be surprised if she got lost here. Now before you make any assumptions, no, I don't like Melody as a girlfriend. We're just friends right now, and we told each other we'd take things one day at a time, just as friends. If she wants to take it to the next level as more than friends, that's her choice. I mean, I think once you get to know her, she's fun to hang out with. But right now, we're strictly just friends.

After standing for what felt like hours, I finally saw people coming from the airplane. I searched the crowd for Melody, but couldn't find her.

"Hunter?"

Turning around, I see Melody, high heels and all, standing in front of me. "Melody! I was looking for you, but I guess you already found me," I say, chuckling. She shifted her weight to one foot, so that her hip was out on one side. "You have no idea how cheesy that sounded. Like, I'd expect to hear that out of some chick flick movie," she retorted, flipping her hair over her shoulder. Laughing, I raise my eyebrows at her. "So, I don't get a proper hello? I get a 'that line was so cheesy'?" I ask, smirking. I saw a faint blush appear on her cheeks, and she smiled. "Fine. Hello, Hunter," she said, putting on a big, dramatic smile as she waved. I returned the wave. "Much better. Hey there, Melody. My name is Hunter, and I'll be your personal tour guide for Nashville, and I'll be more than happy to get on your nerves whenever you like," I say in a fake accent, bowing slightly at her, as if I were a butler. She let out a snort, laughing.
