"Peggy!" Jack called out from the loud bar.

"It shouldn't be this hard to find her. She probably left already." I told Jack. We had been looking for her for the past half an hour almost and she was nowhere to be found. The last time I knew where she was was when Jack came over. His company was nice but it just didn't feel right.

"Okay then." He sighed,"Do you have a ride home?"

"Not anymore." I replied.

"I could drop you off. Where do you live by?" He asked.

It was then in that moment I had realised that Jack had no idea who I really was. That meaning that he didn't know my father was George Washington. Crap.

"No. I'll be okay." I told him just as a big group of drunk men walked by.

"Let's go outside!" Jack yelled over the men grabbing my hand to guide me through the crowd. He let go right as we were outside of the bar.

"What were you saying?" He asked.

"I'll be okay. I don't need a ride home." I told him once again.

"Then how will you get home? I can't leave a nice girl I just met to wander home in the dark. There are some bad people on the streets at night."

I smiled at him for being considerate but that smile faded as we heard someone walking towards us in the dark.

"I'll take her home."

Jack and I both turned to see the person now standing in the light.

"Hamilton?" I questioned now seeing what seemed to be Alexander a bit tipsy. Oh no.

"You know this guy?" Jack questioned looking at me shocked.

"Sadly, yes." I replied before walking over to Hamilton. He immediately put his arm around my shoulder to help him stand straighter.

"I'm sorry Jack. I should probably help him get home." I said to him.

Still a bit shocked he replied,"Okay Y/N. I hope to see you around sometime."

"Me too." I smiled.

Jack smiled back as I walked Alexander to his evidently, horse he decided to take to the bar.

Somehow I was able to get Alex on the horse after 10 minutes of struggling. Once we were both on it was quite horrible to ride the horse. I had to make sure we were on the road as well as going the right way, and keeping Hamilton's drunk self on the horse.

We arrived to his home at possibly around midnight. I had managed to help Alex walk up to his front porch being quiet but then he whispered something that made my eyes go wide.

"Did you tell him?" He asked. Obviously he was referring to our argument last time we saw each other.

"Be quiet." Is all I said to him.

"I'm going to tell her. I'm going to tell her everything. Everyone will know." Hamilton said to me as I dropped him on the couch.

"Go to sleep Alexander. I'm staying in the guest room." I whispered to him.

Everyone is going to know? I'm glad he's telling Eliza. It just doesn't seem right. The way that he said it worries me.

Jefferson was surprisingly calm when I brought the affair up. I miss him. I really should've stayed and now he probably doesn't even care. I don't even know what to do next.

I could try to talk to Jefferson but about what? I have nothing government related to say to him. Well I could tell him what Hamilton just told me but I know I should stay out of this.

Maybe I'll wake up and this will all be a dream.

How do you think Hamilton will react when he finds out you told TJeffs about the affair? 😏
