Sorry, I had to write a reflective essay comparing my life to the journey of The Odyssey... so I really didn't have time to update Monday through Friday.

"Hey Alex, it's me, Luke again. I know you're probably getting really annoyed with me calling you, but I just really need to talk to you... so if you could meet me at Susanna's tomorrow that's be great..." The answering machine ends, Luke's voice cutting off as you and Y/f n sit at the dining room table, quiet.
"You know, I think you should go." Y/f/n says, killing the silence as you look up at her shocked.
"Really?"
"Well, yeah. The guys been calling nonstop all week, it has to be important." She explains, as you nod your head in agreement with her reasoning.
"Yeah..." You say, looking over at your phone. "Yeah, I think I will."

You smile contently as you enter Susanna's, the strong scent of coffee wafting up your nose as the warm surroundings remind you of a happier time, a time of Luke. This was the place you two would go every Sunday, this was the place where you met, this place was a place of almost holy ground for the both of you.
"Alex?" The sound of Luke's voice coming from the familiar corner booth calls out to you, breaking you from your thoughts. "I didn't think you'd come..."
"Yeah." You smile, cannot helping but feel happy to see him. "I did." You finish, taking a seat across from him, the leather cushion under you giving out a sigh.
"That's good, because I really need to talk to you." Luke states, nervously playing with his fingers.
"About?"
"Us." He says, his blue eyes meeting yours.
"Lu-" You begin.
"No." He cuts you off." Let me tell you what I need to tell you before you try to interject." He asks of you as you slowly nod, giving him the okay to start up again. "I understand I wasn't always there when you needed me, I understand how much that hurt you as well, and trust me it killed me more than ever to see you go through what you did alone, but was to busy being famous, and living my dream that I didn't stop to think that yours was dying away... you had every right to leave me, and I know I have zero rights to even ask you what I'm about to ask, but Alex I cannot go on without you. Alex I am begging you to give me a second chance, because I know for a fact I can do so much better this time. I can finally be what you needed." He pleads, leaving you in awe at his words.
"L-Luke, I don't know what to say?" You tell him honestly, hands running through your hair.
"Yes?" He offers as an idea, his eyes looking into your desperately, and almost like that even though your brain screamed no... your heart couldn't help but say yes.
