Chapter 14 : Under the Silver Moon

Lisa's Pov

"Jungkook"

I stared at Jungkook as he was giving us a dark gaze.

"Nanay called. Snacks are ready, at the gazebo" he coldly said and I nodded.

I headed to the gazebo but I noticed Jungkook and Taehyung aren't following me. I looked back and they looked like they're having a serious talk. I hope they're okay....

Jungkook's Pov

"Jungkook can you call Taehyung and Lisa? I think they're on the garden" Nanay said and I followed.

I'm a bit confuse about the three, Jin hyung, Yoongi hyung and Lisa. The hyungs are always bickering, but while they're fighting, they would glance at Lisa who was always looking down. Did something happened between them that we didn't know? I saw Taehyung hyung's head so I ran further to him, but I stopped on my tracks when I saw his and Lisa's face, inches close. They're very close.....

"I wouldn't do that if I were you hyung" I said while walking towards them.

Lisa instantly pulled away as hyung was biting his lower lip and glared at me.

"Nanay called. Snacks are ready, at the gazebo" I said while staring at the both of them.

Lisa nodded and walked out. Taehyung hyung was about to follow her when I blocked him. He looked up at me and I smirked.

"You did that on purpose. Didn't you?" He asked through gritted teeth.

"No, and yes. No, because Nanay really called out for you and yes, to prevent you from kissing her" I said and he pulled my collar.

"Why would you do that?" He glared and I pushed him off.

"Because you love her. I wanted to avoid trouble hyung, you won't have a chance with her cause, it's not only you who loves her" I said and he crossed his arms.

"Are you telling me that the other hyungs like her? How about you? Do you like her?" He asked.

"I think 'like' is not the right word" I simply said using an obvious tone.

"You might be my brother, but I won't back down on you" he said and I smirked.

"Try me hyung"

Lisa's Pov

I'm afraid to get out of my room now. Firstly, Yoongi would always bug me and Jin would come and glare at us if we would stand just an inch beside each other. Second, Taehyung and Jungkook are very sweet to me. And I find it weird.

"Lisa, can I come in?" Jungkook knocked.

I'm a bit hesitant to let him in but I still did anyway. I open the door and gestured for him to enter.

"What is it?" I asked and but he just sat on my bed.

"Jungkook, what is it?" I asked again but he smiled and showed me my music box.

"Oh my! H-how did you know?" I asked him.

"I saw my hanky that I gave to the girl I helped before at the laundry. Since you're the only girl in this house, except for Nanay and some of the workers. So I knew you're that girl from before" he said and handed me the music box.

"You gave it to me when I can't even open it" he said and I chuckled.

"My mistake, the key is my necklace though" I said and grabbed the pendant of my necklace.

I inserted it in the hole and spin it for three times and the music box opened revealing a statue of a boy who was giving flowers the girl. The mini statue was made of crystal that's why it's so important to me. I sat beside Jungkook who was watching at the statue in awe. We both smiled when the girl accepted the flowers in the end that caused the music box to close.

"It's so pretty" Jungkook stated and I nod.

"It is. I really want someone, like that boy to give me flowers and dance with me under the silvery moon" I said and placed the box at the mini drawer.

"What time is it?" He asked and I looked at the clock.

"12:51! It's so late. Go to sleep Jungkook" I said and he just pulled me out of my room and we headed to the garden.

"What are we doing here? It's late" I said but he just went to the flower bed and picked three roses.

"For you" he gave me the roses and I gladly accepted it.

He smiled sweetly as we stared at each others eyes. Even though it's a bit dark and the moon is our only night, I could still see his handsome features. How could a man this flawless?

"Can I have this dance?" He asked and held out his hand.

I chuckled and accepted his hand. He put my hands on his neck and he put his on my waist. We slowly danced even though there's no music, only our breathings, the soft wind, and the beating of my heart is what I heard. As we rocked back and forth, I slowly put my head on his chest feeling the heat of his body through this cold night.

"Look up" he whispered.

I looked up and saw the silvery moon above us. He granted my wish. I looked down on him and smiled.

"Thank you Jungkook" I whispered and he smiled.

He leaned in my ear.

"You're welcome, baby doll" I was shocked at what he called me.

It recalled so much memories. That's what Papa would call me, baby doll. The last time I heard it is when we had a nice dinner before their accident. I accidentally let a tear fall down of my eye as we stopped dancing and he caressed my cheek.

"Did I say something wrong? Why are you crying?" He asked worriedly and wipes my tear.

"I just remembered my father. He would always call me that. I just missed it maybe" I explained.

Suddenly, he hugged me tightly. I could hear his fast heartbeat. I hugged him back as I could feel butterflies in my stomach. He pulled out from the hug and held my shoulders.

"I know it's not the right timing but I,... I love you Lisa, ever since the day I first saw you. I would always go back to that place, hoping to see you again and I did, but I hid myself from you cause I know you don't feel the same way. And now, you're with my father. I regretted everything, I regretted I let you slip away. I am a bad son I know, but I won't give up on you" he said that all while looking straight into my eyes.

"Jungkook, I don't kn--" he cut me off by pressing his finger on my lips.

"Don't say anything"

And the next thing I knew, his lips we're pressed on mine. My heartbeat increased as I couldn't move away. I felt my body frozed. We kissed......

Under the silvery moon......
