Chapter 19: Shopping Spree

"Why do you want to go on a date with me so bad?" I asked Taylor. It was early in the morning and I was still laying in bed. He just got ready and jumped on the bed next to me.

"Because you're my girlfriend and we don't get to do these things very often. We've both been really busy and I want to get back and do some of the things we used to do. What do you say?"

"Fine," I mumbled, pulling the blankets over my head. He quickly grabbed the blankets and pulled them back down, causing me to groan and complain even more.

He chuckled, "are you only saying that because you're tired and want me to leave you alone so you can go back to sleep?"

"Definitely."

"That's okay," he smiled, "I'll take it anyway." He kissed me on the cheek, "I'll pick you up at 7."

"We live in the same house," I giggled.

"In that case," he said, "we're leaving at 7."

He left the room and I pulled the blankets back over me and went back to sleep. I woke up three or four hours later. I rolled over and smashed my face right into a piece of paper. I picked up and read it:

Don't think I'm letting you forget. Wear something nice for our date. :)

-Your amazing boyfriend.

Of course he wrote me a note, I smiled to myself. My boyfriend is such a dork. I love him. Abby came in, interrupting my thoughts. She was holding a bouquet of roses.

"What are those?" I asked.

She quickly threw them to me and replied, "these were just delivered."

I quickly found another note and laughed as I read it:

I told you I wasn't going to let you forget.

-Tay

"Why is he sending you flowers?" Abby asked.

I smiled, "we're having a date night tonight. He insisted on taking me out on a date this morning. He wouldn't let me go back to sleep until I said yes. Now he doesn't want me to forget."

"He's so sweet! I wish I had a boyfriend so he could do those things for me!"

"We're going to have to find you someone," I replied stumbling out of bed. I grabbed one of Taylor's tshirts and put it over my head before walking downstairs with Abby to make some coffee.

"Like who?" she asked, "I haven't even really met anyone else since I've gotten here except the Rosebuds and a few of the other models."

"I'll think of something. Hey, what if we go shopping today? That way I can buy a new outfit for my date with Taylor and you can get some new clothes too. I know the perfect place to shop and maybe we'll even run into some people."

"I don't have extra money to spend on clothes."

"Don't worry about it, I'll cover it...and don't even think about rejecting because I'm going to do it anyway. So what do you say? We can finish our coffee, get ready, and head out on our shopping spree?"

"Okay," she finally gave in, "let's do it."

Just like I expected, we saw someone in the very first store. Miley and Demi hanging out, of all people.
