Jonathan woke up. For real this time. He pinched himself to make sure. He looked down at his floor, and Sock was still asleep. Carefully climbing out of bed, he did his best not to step on Sock while getting dressed. He went downstairs to get breakfast, and when he sat down at the table he saw Sock walking down the stairs. He still looked pretty tired, but something was missing. Jonathan noticed this almost immediately and quickly put his hand over his mouth to stop laughing. "Ready for another day of haunting?" Sock asked, yawning halfway through. Then he noticed Jonathan almost laughing. "Huh? What's wrong?" Jonathan looked down, trying not to laugh. "Your hair..... it looks ridiculous..." Sock's eyes widen when he realized he forgot his hat, and he bolted up stairs and grabbed it, putting it on before he came back down. Jonathan smiled at him. Sock couldn't help but smile back. "Well, should probably get going so we don't miss the bus" Jonathan stood up from the table, grabbed his things, and walked to the door, sock right next to him. He opened the door and let Sock through before leaving himself, closing the door behind them
