Chapter 11 - Facing school

Cher's P.O.V.

I woke the next morning in my bed. How did I get here? Nick probably took me home. I sat up to see I still had a small headache. I then got up and took a shower. I haven't showered in two days since the party. So I needed one. I then got out and put just a little bit of makeup on. Then I curled my hair into big waves. I can't believe I'm saying this....but I feel happy now. Like all the weight on my shoulders have been lifted off. I then got dressed in a skirt that was a bit orange then I got dressed in a simple blue shirt with a black leather jacket over it. I then slipped on some tan wedges. I felt really pretty and confident for once. I then grabbed my backpack and left for school. I got in my car and drove off.

I made it to school and there were people staring at me, But this time they didn't have dirty looks....they had jealous looks? Why were they jealous? I'm just stupid little ugly chick walking in the halls....to them. I had nothing compared to them. They all just keep looking at me. Oh look there are now some girls giving me dirty looks.....FLACKING GREAT! What the hell am I gonna do? 

"Cher?", I heard a voice behind me as I was walking and I turned around to see Nick. His guy friends were all around him and they were giving me dirty looks. Nick kinda turned around and gave them a dirty look. Was he being nice to me at school? I guess he was.

"Yeah Nick" , I turned around and everyone around us looked confused.

"See I told you things were going wierd since the party" , I heard someone in the background say. 

"Look I know were around a lot of people right now but I don't care what they say about me right now. But I might end up loosing friends because of this but I don't care because I will hopefully have you with me. So I'm asking you now in front of everyone" , he said then stepped a little closer to me. 

"Will you be my girlfriend?" ,he asked and everyone around us started to laugh. I felt kinda sad that everyone was laughing at him because of me but he just asked me out. What should I say? I really like him too. Even though he practically bullied me my whole life. I liked him and I wasn't gonna change it.

"Are you serious? Your gonna ask that dumbass out?" , one of Nicks friends said from the side. I then look past the group of friends to see Roman staring at me with evil eyes. I just smiled and held my head up high.

"Yes Nick....I will be your girlfriend" , I said and his face lit up and he smiled. His friends then started to laugh at him. Which made me kinda sad. He then noticed my face and pulled me past all the people and into the janitors closet.

"Whats wrong?" , he asked as he then closed the door. 

"Well everyone hates you now because you have a stupid girlfriend like me" , I replied but then he lifted my chin with his finger so I would look up at him. He pulled me into a kiss then broke the kiss and spoke.

"I don't care how much people hate me. I love you and no one will change that" , he said. This brought tears to my eyes which he wipped away and kissed me again. I then felt the bomb explode in my stomach. The sparks were running wild and as he kissed me. Then I broke the kiss when the bell rang. As soon as we stepped out everyone wasd staring at us. Nick had come to bully to friendly to boyfriend. Now I loved him so much. He made it up to me by asking me out in front of everyone and he didn't care what people said. Thats what I loved about him so much....now. I then heard the bell ring and FLACKING GREAT! I was late for class. Oh well! I was having a good day so far. I then made it to class and people were staring at me. All I had to do is wait for 3rd hour to be with Nick. Then we had lunch. Then I had 5th and 7th hour with him. I remember when I hated having three classes with him...nut now I couldn't be more thankful. I then took a seat as everyone was looking at me. I then heard some whispering in the background so I decided to leave the room.....with an excuse of course. 

"Ms. Curel can I go use the restroom?" , I asked she nodded a yes since she trusted me. Also she was my favorite teacher so she knew about that. I was kinda a kiss ass. But anyways.............

I walked down the hall to the restroom but before I could even go into the restroom I was pulled into the next hallway. It was the hallway for the 11th graders. I almost screamed till I was cut off by someones lip crashing into mine. I opened my eyes to see Nick there smiling like there no tommorow. I smiled back and he kissed my cheek. 

"What are you doing over here?" , he asked.

"Threr were people talking about me in class so I wanted to get out so I told Ms. Curel that I needed to use the restroom." , I said and he smiled. He then wrapped his arms around me and kissed my cheek again. Then kissed me. I kissed back then we were interupted by one of his friends passing by. 

"So your dating this idoit" , he said. I turn around to see it was Roman. That dumbass is always in the flacking way. 

"She's not an idoit Roman" , Nick stuck up for me. I smiled at that.

"Really because she can't even fight back for herself" , Roman said and thats when I lost it.

"I can't fight back when you kick me in the stomach a million times then hit me and think I will just get up and fight you! You stupid asshole!" , I said but then was cut off by someone.

"Language Cher" , I turn around to see Ms. Curel standing there with a disapointed look her face. I was now speechless. Nick looked at me worriedly. Then I gave him a reasurring smile. I then was walked to the principals office as Nick walked with me behind.
