Harry James Potter, son of Lily and James Potter was at Malfoy Manor. Not even as a captive or anything - he was there for a playdate.

Not that anyone who saw him in there would believe that.

Narcissa ushered the two kids into the mansion as fast as she could.

"Whoa! This is a house?" Harry exclaimed, looking awestruck.

"Not just any house, this is my house!" Draco said proudly, gesturing around.

"Can 'Mione come over?" Harry asked innocently, not seeing Narcissa's jaw clench at the mention of a Muggle. Even though she no longer held a very strong grudge against anyone not pureblood, she still believed that Draco shouldn't grow up with Muggles. But he went to a Muggle school, and it was impossible for him not to.

"Of course she can," Narcissa said through gritted teeth.

And that was how almost every playdate in the coming years would progress.

4 years later...

"Harry! Draco! The swings are free! Go, go, go!" Hermione called from across the playground.

The trio was spending one of their last days together. Summer was almost done, and Harry and Draco would be going to Hogwarts, though Hermione believed it was an ordinary boarding school. Hermione would keep going to the school all three of them had gone to in the past years.

"Got it!" Draco called, holding three swings for them.

"Thanks!" Harry said, grabbing a swing.

"Hey guys, I hear my mom calling. I'll be right back!" Hermione said, spotting her mother waving at her.

"Okay," the boys chorused.

As soon as she was gone, the two boys looked at each other with worried expressions.

"I can't bear not telling her about magic. She deserves to know! It's been 4 years!" Harry whispered urgently.

"We can't. We'll get arrested, or fined. You know the rules," Draco explained for the millionth time, though he wanted to tell Hermione as much as Harry.

"What if she's a witch? Remember that time she was all shaken up and pale? It must've been her accidental magic. I wish she told us about these sort of things. And that time she broke that cup by squeezing it," Harry said, though he knew that he was hanging on to straws now.

"It could've easily been that she was gripping it too hard. A fight with her parents could also leave her shaken up," Draco shook his head, knowing there was no way she could be a witch. Surely she would've told them something by now.

Harry looked around wildly, probably trying to think of other reasons why she might be a witch.

"Face it, Harry. If she got her letter, don't you think she would have told us about going to another school?" Draco reasoned, silently crushed that they would have to leave her.

They saw Hermione running towards them with a slightly panicked expression on her face.

"Hey guys, I need to go home, some people are waiting for me, bye!" Hermione rushed through her sentence, becoming red, while trying to stay calm.

She ran off without another word, and Harry and Draco stared at each other.

"I know what you're thinking Harry, but it's too good to be true. We've already been blessed with her for four years," Draco told Harry, watching the retreating figure.
