Taking a break

Tessa's POV
After we went and got food somewhere else we went back to Ray's house. We walked in and both sat on the couch.

Ray: "Are you ready to go back to the Team 10 house?"

Tessa: "I... I don't know... they all keep coming at me... I don't wanna go back yet"

Ray: "Do you wanna stay here for a few days?"

Tessa: "Can I?"

Ray: "Yeah T, wanna go to the house and get some clothes?"

Tessa: "Will you wait for me outside, just to keep them off my back?"

Ray: "Of course T, I mean it's just gunna be a few days to let the whole situation settle a little"

Tessa: "Yea lets go"

We drive over to the team 10 house and I walked into the house and I walked upstairs. I grabbed some clothes and toiletries and put them in a bag. I grabbed the bag and walked downstairs. I was about to leave when Jake walked out of the office and saw me.

Jake: "Tessa... where have you been? Why do you have a bag full of your stuff? Where are you going?

Tessa: "I'm just in a bad place with everyone in the house right now... I'm gunna take a few days away to let everything settle..."

Jake: "Where are you going?"

Tessa: "It doesn't really matter"

Then Ray walked into the team 10 house.

Ray: "Tessa are you ready?"

Then Ray saw Jake standing in front of me.

Ray: "Oh hey Jake"

Tessa: "Um yeah I will be out in a second"

He left the house and walked to the car.

Jake: "You're gunna live with Ray?"

Tessa: "Yeah... it's just for a few days... I think it will be good for me to be out of the house"

Jake: "Why would you say that?"

Tessa: "Because I ruin everything and everyone is mad at me"

Jake: "Tessa..."

Tessa: "Bye Jake... I gotta go... I'm sorry... about everything"

I grabbed my bag and walked out and got in the car. I was on the verge of tears when I got in to Rays car.

Ray: "Is everything okay?"

Tessa: "Can we just go?" I said as tears rolled down my cheeks.

We drive home and when we got in I went straight to the bedroom and laid down. I laid there and softly cried until Ray came in and laid next to me. He put his arm around me and pulled me close to him. After I calmed down I turned around and looked at Ray.

Tessa: "Ray..."
