Erika's POV
I looked at Tessa's arm and started to tear up

Erika: "T... why did you do this?"

Tessa: "It doesn't matter... I'm fine"

Erika: "No you're not T... why did you do this?"

Tessa: "Because I talked to Jake, and he said he would never forgive me because I hurt him... so I hurt myself"

Erika: "T..."

Tessa: "Stop! I'm fine! Leave me alone!"

Erika: "Tessa I know you are sad but hurting yourself isn't the answer"

Tessa: "Okay well maybe dying is..."

Erika: "Tessa don't say that"

Then she grabbed her car keys from the office and stormed out of the house.

Tessa's POV
I was so upset that Jake said he would never forgive me, I know I messed up but I didn't think it was that bad. I never wanted to hurt him and in fact I didn't know that I was. I grabbed my car keys and stormed out of he house I got in my car and drove to the beach. I parked my car and just sat there thinking about how bad I messed up.  The fact that he will never forgive me makes me mad at myself. I get out of my car and start walking on the beach. Then my phone started tuning and I got a call from Erika.

Tessa: "Hello?"

Erika: "Tessa where are you?!"

Tessa: "I'm just clearing my head"

Erika: "Are you ok?"

Tessa: "I will be eventually"

Erika: "T please come home"

Tessa: "I need to be alone right now"

Erika: "Come home soon please"

Tessa: "Okay bye"

I hung up the phone and sat on the beach. There was barely anyone there and it was going to get dark soon. I sat just listening to the waves when someone I knew came up and sat next to me.

AJ: "Hey T what's up?"

Tessa: "Hey AJ... nothing really"

AJ: "Have you been crying T? Are you ok?"

Tessa: "I'm fine"

AJ: "Come on T tell me"

I told him everything and he just gave me a sad smile. I rested my head on his shoulder and he pulled me in for a hug.

AJ: "T... even though Jake is mad at you just know that I'm still here for you and I love you and always have"

Tessa: "Aw thanks AJ, I love you too"

AJ: "Tessa I'm serious I really love you"

Tessa: "You do?"
