I am the red hare!
the girl behind the screen
bright in the night, beacon's flare
many faces I have, mine unseen
I am the moon gazing hare
wandering beyond the screen
might I catch you with my stare?
wash you in the eyes of moonbeam
I am the red hare
lost somewhere in a dream
lost in the land of the wonderful and fair
I am the cosmic of the distant star streams
but only in a dream
on the eye stung screen
but only a red hare
in the star spangled dream
