left the exclamation
and question mark: out
cutting off the hanged man,
(don't leave him
hanging in the dark)
opened the drawer
and watched your smiles
amongst the shards of glass,
glittering in the dark light of wood
and your dress —
and your bouquet,
my, you pulled open the shutter
left the hanged man to hang in the dark,
(i wonder when you did that)
love is not love.
for you anymore, love lost
its path, love flew back in your face
then flew out the window
and you shut in its shell, its old skin
shattered over the dress, glittering
and the bouquet and two teeth smiles,
you shut the drawer on
love's carcass, left it hanging in the dark.
