I KNOW IT'S BEEN AGES. I'm sorry, so much work has been required for uni already jaksdmfouahf. But, I had a bit of time today, so wrote this as quick as I could so I could get back into uni study :P sorry it's not super long :/ also please don't hate me for this chapter! It needed to happen.. and it kind of reflects my own emotions lately, so apologies for that, but it helped me write this. I don't think I would've had the inspiration otherwise :S
Anyway, hope you like it :) Unedited as always haha

I really disliked Mondays. Seriously, it was the worst form of torture. After two days of sleeping in, having to get up early just to learn things. Not cool. And with everything going on, I didn't really want the added stress of school. But nope, life was all suck it up bitches! I groaned excessively as Adds dropped me off, earning myself an exaggerated eye roll. He looked slightly better than he did yesterday, though still wasn't quite one hundred percent. I had no clue where he was going after this, but he discreetly reminded me to talk to Ames when I saw her. Glancing at him, his mouth was a thin line across his face, worry lines appearing on his forehead. I nodded, seeing his shoulders sag with relief. As if I wouldn't talk to her. She's my BFF.
Skipping over to the main building where my locker was situated, I noticed a small gathering of guys around the admin office. Curious as to what the fuss was, I pushed my way through the boys, getting elbowed in the boob in the process. That sucked. Finally reaching the doorway, I saw bloody Yvonne standing at the front counter with a tight, shiny black, high waisted skirt on that, thankfully, at least covered her butt, and a bright turquoise crop top, showing off a strip of skin along her midriff. She knew how to play it well. Though I wasn't exactly sure how well drawing attention to herself was supposed to go, especially since she, you know, wasn't alive. But I don't think any of the boys particularly cared. They just stood outside the glass walls ogling her backside as she stood on her tiptoes, leaning on the counter. Huffing, I stalked over to her and tapped her on the shoulder.
"Terrie!" She enveloped me in a hug which I returned, but couldn't help but feel a little inadequate next to her. And judging by all the widening eyes on the other side of the glass, I'd now have a big target on my back as an 'in' with Vonnie. Damn it.
I smiled, "Nice to see ya girl. So you're starting here again?" Another new person. That was like, what, a million in the space of a couple months?
"Yep!" She stated, bouncing on the balls of her feet. Eyeing the guys to her right, my left, she threw them a wink, almost causing a riot. Far out, boys were seriously desperate for attention these days. I rolled my eyes as her focus came back to me.
"Good one Von, now you'll have boys left, right and centre trying to get you and also talking to me to try and get to you. Thanks for that, really appreciate it," I said flatly.
"You're welcome bub. Anyway, I'm going to try and instigate my plan to break up Brody and Del today. As unfortunate as that is. He was only supposed to tell her his feelings," she muttered. Detecting a hint of jealousy, I nodded profusely, agreeing to help her out. My job was just to bring Del to the main corridor in G block. It was usually unoccupied. And that was where the 'Brody and Del breakup' was supposed to happen, assuming nothing got in the way of course. I wasn't the biggest fan of splitting them up, but I didn't want Del to become Indie's next test subject accidentally either.
"EXCUSE ME, COMING THROUGH!" A male voice cried out in the crowd. Squinting, I scanned the group of guys until I saw Jake, Brody's bro, squeeze through and make his way over to me.
